Off to Goderich today, LittleCS has appointment with specialist which will hopefully result in her being approved for Ontario disability support program.
She has familar tremble that makes her hands shake so bad that at times she cannot hold things.

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

I took Jacob and my brother out to see Iron Man on Saturday. It wasn't as good as I thought it would be (to me, anyway), and it had some unnecessary language that, while I'm sure Jacob has heard before somewhere, is not what I want to expose my children to. I should have known.

Yesterday, we went to our church service with my mom at 9:30, then to church with Nancy's mom at 11:00 across the county, then lunch with Nancy's mom until it was time to go to supper with my mom. Whew! It was a beautiful day, too.

And...Star Trek Into Darkness opens May 16!!!

It's a cool morning here in La Crosse, WI. We woke up to 30 degrees. High of 65. Sunny for the morning, possible storms this afternoon.

Hopefully Har & I will make it home before they hit.

I love driving the old Highway 53!! Reminds me of going on vacation every summer, that's the route we'd take. And it takes me directly to our neighborhood
now. We pass a lot of small towns & Amish farms. It's like heaven to me.

Hello!
Woke up to temperatures in the 40's this morning. It is going to be sunny but cool and breezy today.
I just got back from running a bunch of errands that I didn't get to over the weekend. Just having a quick coffee break now before I start some chores.
I am going to visit my father later this afternnoon. He is getting his strength back, slowly but surely. He is able to walk with the help of a walker. At this point I think he will do better at home, he isn't getting too much attention there anyway. He can't sleep well in the rehabilitation center and he also isn't eating well. And that is not helping him. My mother is looking in to if it is possible for him to have physical therapy at home. Hoping we can get him out of there very soon.
None of the girls have work today, very happy about that. So they will all be able to come with me to visit their grandfather.

Hello, everyone! After two days of warm weather, we are now back in the 50, with clouds and blustery wind. It really seemed more like Fall today than Spring. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted.

I bought an outdoor pen for my guinea pigs so that they could run around on the grass and enjoy nibbling it. I set it up on Friday and put them in it. They were scared to death at first and squeaked like the grass was killing them. But a half hour later when I went to take them in the house again, they were squeaking because they wanted to stay out and eat more grass. Hopefully next time they'll remember the pen, and they won't be afraid of it. Maybe I can get a picture too. They're too cute!

But a half hour later when I went to take them in the house again, they were squeaking because they wanted to stay out and eat more grass. Good afternoon! It's a chilly Ohio day! Was 33 this morning, but we didnt' see any frost anywhere. I did bring in all my flowers & covered the rhubarb last night. Brrrr! This morning there was no wind, so our walk was awesome! This afternoon they are saying high of 58 but that wind has really picked up! Feels chilly out there!

Have a safe trip Snowflake! Sounds like an awesome drive! ENJOY!

CS - I hope the appt for little CS goes very well!!

I'm off to read a few more posts - until work tells me it's time to quit. Ha ha!
