good morning y'all! I know it's Monday & i don't mean to be too spry (joyful, upbeat) but it's been a great weekend.

hubby & i went away over the weekend to Asheville, N.C. it was so nice. just relaxed & enjoyed quiet time together. we even got to see snow! we drove in it & everything. i know most of you have it right outside your door but not us, not hardly ever.

on our way home we stopped & went couponing....spent $166.?? but my total originally was $338.?? saved over $176.?? w/ my coupons & discount card, & before you ask; yes we will use everything I purchased. we didn't buy just because it was on sale. yaay!

we watched the super bowl last night & the Ravens won! omgoodness, the entire weekend was fabulous!!!! GO RAVENS!!!!

A touch warmer yesterday but still too cold for comfort.
We just might make the 50's today for the high, however.
Currently, we show a reading of 29 degrees on our handy-dandy back door thermometer.

Good morning, Christmas Family


Typical Monday - No work right now. There will be in just a little while, I hope ! It is very cold today (15 degrees F). We are expecting more snow today !!!! I personally am not anxious for all the hot weather to return, it's just too dang hard to breath !!

It was a late night last night; WOW, what a game!!! I'm suffering this Monday morning from 4 hours of sleep, too many Sam Adams, hot buffalo dip, chicken wings, crab cakes, steamed shimp, etc... last night!!! But it was worth it; so, I'll have to do a shout out to the Baltimore Ravens!!!!

The sound effects are what made it so bad. I wouldn't have minded being the guy though. Godaddy posted online that it took 45 takes to get it just right. So I'm sure he enjoyed himself that day. :lol:

Good job!!!! I'm mad at 2 of the grocery stores around here. They stopped doubling coupons this past week with no notice at all.

Good Morning MMC!!!! It's going to be a cold day here with a high in the upper 20's and some snow later this afternoon. They are predicting 2 inches but we will see. They were predicting 4 inches on Saturday and we got less than an inch. Not much on my agenda today. I just have some cleaning to do and then a few errands to run. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
