Good morning everyone!
A windy morning brings chills to Ottawa. It currently feels like -22c (7f)! Of course, we've had it much colder this winter, but I had anticipated a bit of a warm up. Apparently, that will not occur until tomorrow or the weekend. Temperatures should hover around freezing then and for the next week or so. People here are really starting to get the winter "blahs." To them, I say that you live in Canada. There are other places you can move. Oh well.... I'll continue enjoy the season that the weather brings.
Yesterday was a decent day. I had a nice workout that ended with a promising run. Kim and I then had a nice dinner, watched some TV - I did some homework - and then watched the Kings game on TSN. It's always good to watch my team on TV rather than the internet.
As mentioned before, I have my doctor's appointment today. It may be my final appointment. I will discuss the final steps of my rehab today. My knee currently has very little restrictions. It really only hurts when I completely flex it while standing. Still, a PRP injection remains a possibility. One that I am ultimately considering if it does, indeed, mean I am completely healed in less than two months.
Well, I hope everyone had a wonderful 'Pines Day yesterday. We're closing in on the final weekend of February. The month always just flies by! Soon, we'll be setting our sights on Spring. Have a great Thursday, everyone!
