back from an indoor playground in our area...Kandice was running fast than Usain Bolt...she done some homework now and is taking a bath...I love my daughter so much....just looking at her fills my heart with joy and pride....I sure am the proudest mama!!!

The chicken is in the crockpot, the homemade cranberry sauce is done. Who is coming for dinner? I have to run to the store for for a few things but it will be a relaxing day. No snow showed up.

My niece is okay. She had an appointment at the pain clinic on thursday. They think her nerves are basically damaged from all of the pain she has been in and now that the arthritis has calmed down they still think there is pain there when there isn't. So they gave her a couple of different medicines to try and help calm the nerves down and get her pain under control.

She is so brave! I am praying the medicines help her!!

Good afternoon, MMC!

The chicken I have cooking in the crock pot smells so good! There is going to be a pasta side dish with mushrooms and broccoli and if I am motivated enough, cheese muffins or bread. Later on for dessert there might be buttermilk bars or grape filling bars - maybe both. cheesy The local news channel posted on FB yesterday that there could be upwards of 6 inches of snow on Tues./Wed. so I am going to do some stock-up cooking. If I have to shovel snow, I am not going to want to do more than reheat something or have a sandwich!

Mouse is doing better today. She was a bit sassy, didn't spit out her medicine like she did last night (grrrr!), ate her crunchies and then gave me a big hug. So, so glad she is getting better!!!
