it is snowing again, but it will not be long now before it stops and spring settles in for good.

Have some buttermilk biscuits baking, my son will enjoy them with the BBQ pulled pork I made for dinner.

Leaving for work in less than an hour. Only 11 more shifts and then I am done and will be moving on to my new job. :dance:

what up what up.....I love snow...but I want spring now....we had a long and hard winter....and last week spring had arrived.....only to be kicked to the curb by Meister Winter today.....lots of snow....lots and lots of snow....it looks beautiful...but I was ready for warm weather now....I need it....to enjoy the cold later on...holla back my friends...i ll be back hrere tomorrow

Another weekday to slog through ... but we got plenty done last night. We had some stuff to shop for, and found what we wanted.

Talking about Daylight Savings, not a fan either! I like when the clocks turn back, not forward. Never been a fan of it getting dark at 9 pm in the summer. It is what it is so I gotta deal with it!

Good morning,

LC is home with me, he is still not 100%, it is probably better to keep him home an extra day in the long run. Not much planned for me today, maybe just laundry, with my wife staying home with LC yesterday, all my usual Tuesday chores are done. Just watching the original Griswold Vacation movie now.

Got to go build my snowfort to lob snowballs at all of from behind it. cheesy

It funny because I love baseball but dislike daylight savings time and warm/hot weather. I would like for summer to last just long enough for our family vacation then return to fall/winter.

I agree !! This would be ideal !!! If summer was only like a month and not really scorching hot...Then it would tolerable xo

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's raining here, but not like a couple weeks ago. It would be nice to get back to regular rain again. Here's hoping that's what the Lord has in mind!

Jacob has a track meet on Wednesday. Luckily, it's home this time. I have to be in Savannah at 7:30 AM on Thursday, so it would have been a long, tired day for all of us.

Good afternoon everyone! I just got back from the Dr..bad news...He did an A1c test on me.it tells how high your blood sugar has been for the last 3 months. Mine came back very high and said that mine has averaged 335. since Christmas! yikes no wonder I have had no energy and have felt like I was knockin on heavens doors. your blood sugar should never be above 120 btw so 335 is like go check into the hospital before you go into a diebetic coma. I took the rest of the day off to contemplate my next step.But anyways hope everyone is having a good day. I will ttyl!

Good afternoon! Adjusting to the time change is especially hard for me this time, ugh! I couldn't drag myself out of bed the last 2 morning at 5:30 to work out... too tired!

Rainy, blah day today... so I find myself cooking and baking away! I made a vegetarian stir fry, chicken to go along with it for my husband, soft pretzels, and cookies thus far.... hold me back! Eyeing up a pumpkin bread recipe! Might go for it!

I saw Sarah Palin is coming out with a Christmas book this AM! Just seeing the word "Christmas" on TV today made me happy!

I've got marigolds, geraniums, basil, rosemary, and some catnip which is about as finicky as a cat, it has not been wanting to germinate.
