Have fun and be safe! DH always ends up needing and Band-Aid or something after doing that kind of work!

Good morning, friends! Happy first day of spring! How is everyone? All is well here. Just sitting here relaxing with all of you and drinking a cup of coffee. DH is working and the kids are at preschool and daycare.

Last night was so much fun. The girls had a blast. My friend's daughter is always a little bashful, but by the middle of dinner, she opened up and was started to be herself. They both had a lot of fun. She brought EA a gift for inviting her along. I thought that was so sweet. Little girls have such sweet hearts. She got her a Hello Kitty Ty Beanie Baby, that was dressed like a Easter Bunny - EA slept with it last night. :-D

What are everyone's plans for today? I don't have a lot to do. I am going to sweep the house, do some wash, and figure out what we're going to do for dinner.

Hope you're all having a great day so far! I am going to get caught up on the posts. Talk to you guys here later on. God Bless! Talk soon! cheesy

I'm glad you had fun last night. That was very sweet of your friend's daughter! Have a good day, sugar!!

I will enjoy it. I always feel SO GOOD after I finish! This past week, I worked mainly on organizing all that mail. Finally finished that with plans to really keep on top of it this time!

There is nothing like a sense of accomplishment to brighten a day! Have a MERRY day, Seawaters! {{{HUGS}}}

Over on Xmas' thread of A Christmas Song a Day, Mike24Forever said, "You are making the count down to Christmas fly by. Thank you for doing this. I really look forward to it everyday." He really is!!! It is so good to know that I can go to at least one place and hear a Christmas song a day and pass the countdown in this way. I am not sure if it helps Xmas pass the time, but it sure does something for me! I think I will start a new tradition for myself: Listen to the song each day AND THEN on Rudolph Day, try to listen to that month's songs! That way, I would have something to really look forward to. On Rudolph Day, I could listen to the songs for that particular month in the background as I read the posts on the Countdown! Thanks, Xmas!

What a good idea! Hopefully I will have at least DSL by then and will be able to do the same thing.

many thanks frosty and xmas for the videos, love listening to them. With all the snow we have and more slowly wafting down it feels morre like Christmas than the first day of spring!

It looks and sounds like November here. The wind blowing through the trees sounds like a blizzard is happening out there. The sun is shining and most of snow that fell the past few days has blown away. It couldn't have melted as it is in the 20s with a wind chill around 7.

Hi Gang... its been a long while since I have posted in here. Been in a kind of holiday funk for the past several months. Halloween, Christmas and Thanksgiving were good but felt like things were missed or rushed. Was not prepared for how busy we were with both kids and hubby involved in the midget football league. Our youngest doesnt want to play football this year so that will free up a good amount of time for me so that will allow for more time to enjoy the season. There was also some family drama that didnt help either.

This year WILL be better as I am already feeling it. A couple gift have already been bought, got more gift ideas written down and started planing for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Well I hope everyone has a great day!

Minta, it is so good to see you! I'm sorry you have been in a holiday funk the past few months but very glad that you are feeling better! I hope you are having a MERRY day!

Hello MMC!

Happy Wednesday ;-)

I have Christmas on the brain! And to reference my good friend Seawaters, "I'm spending money like I've got it!" ;) (How did you phrase that again?!)

Anyways, I bought some Christmas dvd's last night, a few that I've seen, and a few I haven't, but that sound really heartwarming.

The ones I've seen being back so many memories. They are Spirit of Christmas- a classic! And Miracle At Christmas; Ebbie's Story.

My MIL, Dorothy's surgery went well & Adrian is with her at the hospital for the next few days. Thanks again for your prayers!

Hope you all have a fabulous day!!

I'm glad Dorothy's surgery went well. I will be praying for a quick recovery for her!
