Good evening,

Another long day here, just had to go turbo through the posts tonight, another 19 pages today, WOW!!!

Time for bed.

Love the pictures Seawaters.

Good night all!

I went for the bone scan today. I had to go in at 10:30 to get the glow-in-the-dark shot. Then we left and did a little shopping and returned at 1:30 to do the scan. The technician asked me when my appointment with my breast doctor was, and I told him that after the doctor received their report, we would set up an appointment for him to tell me the results. He said he would have the results ready in five to ten minutes!!! So, I quickly called Dr. Grady and his nurse said they would fit me in TODAY and I would not have to make a return trip!!! The trip is 140 miles round trip. They were going to fax the results to him, but then they put them into an unsealed envelope for me to hand-carry. Of course I sneaked a peek and saw these words: "There is increased uptake about the shoulders, the cervical spine, hips, knees, and feet, but there are no definite focal abnormalities in the skeleton otherwise which would be suggestive of skeletal metastases. There is unusual soft tissue accumulation of tracer laterally below the right breast and medial to the lesser trochanters which is of doubtful clinical significance. The right kidney appears smaller than does the left." When I spoke with the doctor, he told me that the cancer pill I am taking could cause some pain; so I will check with my oncologist next week on that. PTL!!! Now, I am going to try to upload the pics we took yesterday! I cannot thank all of you enough for the prayers and positive thoughts. And, yes, Snowflake, I did feel uplifted by all of y'all's hands!!!

thats fantastic news seawaters...i"m soo happy for yeah...:notice::yahoo:

Good Morning, Everyone!

"Weekend Eve is here again.
The count's decline is clear again.
We are all ready to cheer again.
Weekend Eve is here again!"

Yes indeedarino my Friends.
We once again find ourselves at the doorstep of another Weekend.

Not to mention near the doorstep of yet another Milestone!
Days to the Season: 236
Days to Christmas Day: 278
Now under half a week off from Milestone #5, the one quarter Christmas Day mark.

The chilly weather has now set in and is expected to remain for some time to come.
(Interesting. Looks like the first part of our Spring will be colder than the last part of our Winter.)
We read a very chattery for late March 27 degrees on our back door thermometer at this hour.

You have a Fabulous Friday, Everyone.
And may your Weekend kick off Wonderously this afternoon!

Good morning everyone. My daughter is home from school again today, still not feeling well. I'm going to take her to the doctor in a little while. I'm sure everything is fine, but she her cough is worse so I just want them to take a listen. Not too much else going on for me. Just a few errands and chores. Hope everyone has a great day!

I'd be lying if I said that I understood any of that, but it sounds like good news. I'm so happy for you!

I hope your daughter feels better soon. There's nothing worse than when you child is sick and you can't do anything to help.

Good Friday morning, my Christmas friends!

Still feeling better, so I'm hoping this trend continues. We're supposed to go into Savannah tomorrow to get Elizabeth some dance shoes and a couple other things. I don't mind that...as long as they drop me and Jacob off at Bass Pro Shops! This warmer weather has me dreaming about bass fishing at daylight, while the fog is still on top of the water. Love that!

I snapped this while fishing with Jacob a couple years ago. What a great day of fishing that was!

Good Morning, MMC!!

Happy Friday ;)

I desperately need coffee! So I better make some. But first I have to brave the cold & take Harlowe out- it's just 1 degree out there!

Have a wonderful day, friends!!

My cats are "mutts" (I don't know the term for cats) but they are all perfect.

ALL cats are perfect in some way---that's why they always look so smug.
I was happy that Tigger got to have a home life instead of being hauled around to cat shows.

And with Made's magnificent help, I did it!!! Yeah! And of course, since the pics are so big, you can see all the flaws!

Re: flaws---If any, wear them with pride; they're proof of membership in the human race.
