Hope ur grandma bes ok , and yes how could we have forgot about louanns babies .. as if last night her babies are doing good but seem a bit quiet, seem depressed is the word that was used . and wish is ok

it's sunny but windy and 82 here in Louisiana and snowflake22 they are saying we are gonna have some pretty bad storms coming our way tomorrow!
we are getting ready to walk to the library here in a few, one of my favorite places! thats the only thing I like about living in the city..........The library is walking distance it's only 7 mins away!
today is my day off say my brother and sister( let's see how this goes LOL)
and thanks for all the birthday wishes they mean so much to me!!!

I have been thinking about Louanns babies, praying they are going to be alright.
Here's the recipe I told y'all about this weekend.
Italian Crescent Rolls Casserole
(This recipe can be doubled)
1 lb. ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
½ envelope McCormick or Schilling Spaghetti Sauce mix
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
8-oz can tomato sauce
½ cup sour cream
8-oz. can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1/3 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan cheese
2 T. butter, melted
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a frying pan, brown the ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in sauce mix and tomato sauce and heat until hot and bubbly. Combine cheese and sour cream. Pour hot meat mixture into ungreased 12 X 8-in. or 13 X 9-in. baking dish. Spoon cheese mixture over meat. Separate crescent dough into two rectangles. Place the rectangles over the cheese mixture. Combine Parmesan cheese and butter; crumble evenly over dough. Bake for 18-25 minutes, until deep golden brown. Cut and serve.
