Good afternoon guys! Almost 2:00pm here...time for a pot of coffee...One of the few remaining pots of Starbucks Christmas Blend I'll have till November...Always both a sad day and a happy one when I run out...Means it's coming back around again soon!!!

It quit pouring out and is now drizzling - amazing how fast the ground soaked up the puddles in the driveway. Amazing how green it is outside right now, too, as yesterday the ground was still brown.

The Good Witch is on for background as I work. I'm so glad I gave that series another try!

It was 75 degrees here yesterday. Now, there's cold rain and ice forming on trees and it's only in the 30s! What a difference a day makes.

I wonder what the German name for The Good Witch is....sometimes the titles are directly translated, sometimes they keep the exact names...and sometimes it is something in German that sounds totally different from the orignal title...

Oh yes! I've been craving for a grilled cheeseburger and hotdog for a week or two; mmmmmmm! I think this weekend will call for some grilling (throw some dogs, burgers and chicken legs on the grill) and some Ice Tea chilling in the pitcher....:munch:

Macaroni and meatballs tonight. I stopped in Barnes and Noble today while I was out running errands. I love that store, I could walk around in there all day and browse. I treated myself to a new Gooseberry Patch cookbook.

Halloween is another favorite holiday of mine, and I bought a Gooseberry Patch book last year of spooky & fun crafts & recipes!

It's now 1/4 to 10 and with a glass of wine, I'm toasting absent friends.

Got the next two days off - can you say "long weekend"??!!!!!!!

Got a chest x-ray tomorrow (still got left-over whooping cough) so they're checking that out just because it's been going on since February

Despite the snow (yes, we're still snowing) I am planning on taking the garden center by force over the weekend and start putting together planters and hanging baskets. It will be interesting to see if I can actually put this plan in motion or whether it remains another one of my good intentions (I'm telling you, my road to hell is going to be SO well paved!!!!!)

I'm on my way to bed with a cup of tea to read my Steve Jobs book. I'm enjoying it, but it's taken far too long.
