The river is supposed to crest later this evening - about a foot and a half over flood stage. The basement was pumped out this morning - so far nothing has been damaged. Yay!

I was there to pick up stuff for JP's party tomorrow, they didn't carry Hoodsie Cups or prepackaged single serve ice cream cups, since I believe Hood is a New England company. I didn't see any Wal-Martians though. I bought the movie "Miracle" (1980 USA hockey team) and it wasn't in my bag when I got home. It was on the receipt though. :x I will have to run there over my vacation and get it from them when we take the boys to Toys R Us.

good morning to all my friends. last nights storms didn't end up getting to bad in my area. Which was nice, for a change. so is everyone ready for the weekend? This weekend i plan to watch lots of movies. Plan to mix it up one Horror movie, than a Christmas movie, than back to horror and Christmas and keep that little light and dark marathon go through out the weekend.

My big plan for a DVD this weekend is "Lincoln" we have had it from Netflix for 2 weeks now. I can't wait to watch it.

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! It's a cold morning here in central Indy where we currently stand at 31 degree's. We should reach the mid 40's this afternoon. Wasn't it just 85 degree's 2 days ago? I only managed to get about 2 hours of sleep so I may be a little bit of a grump this morning. In fact, I've already got my sister mad at me. Oh well. Maybe she shouldn't volunteer me for things without asking first. So my plan for today is to wash all of the bedding before my niece's get here tonight (if she's still bringing them here) and try to get a nap. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey MMC buddies! Well us east coasters have made it to lunchtime! I usually just eat a turkey sandwich but today I am just going to have some fruit and juice and just try to let that hold me till tonight. I have talked to brandi as usual during her planning period and she told me she broke down in front of her class when a particular subject came up she just said it reminded of me talking to her about how much Louann loved animals and how I would tell snowball everynight that aunt louann told him goodnight. This will take us all time to get use to MMC without her posts everyday. I guess I have just known now a little over 14 hours...anyway I just want to get home and give Brandi a kiss and the boys and snowball and Kylee a huge hug! I am feeling for her dog that was sick..especially since she has passed..well here I go again...I will talk to yall when I get home tonight...Have a good afternoon everyone and I hope no one is getting any bad weather..so far here it has just been cloudy and windy and very humid for April! we had rain last night and the tornado sirens went off for a few min.but after the rain came for 15 minutes it swept throughfast...okay talk to yall later!

It is going to take a little time for CM3's passing to set in, I have cried or have gotten teary eyed thinking of her daily since I found out. We are here for you, and give your family and furbabies huge hugs, that does help.

Good afternoon gang ... its cold and rainy, it has been raining all day and excpected to last until this even. Thinking grill cheese and tomato soup will in order for dinner tonight.

Kids are suppose to have opening day for little league tomorow but it may get pushed off until Sunday, depending on the fields. Either way the kids and I will be baking cookies this weekend. I am going to make my molasses drop cookies since I didnt get a chance to make them at Christmas time and the kids have yet to decide on the other cookie.

This weather just makes me wat to curl up on sofa under a nice warm blanket and watch a christmas movie... humm maybe tonight.

Thinking of things we didn't make last Christmas, we never had a chance to make our Peppermint Bark, I wonder if I can talk my wife into making it this week since that is one of her specialties.

I have to run to a different grocery store to find my Hoodsie Cups, and dinner for tonight. Had Taco Bell for lunch, it tastes so good but it can't be too good for you. When I was at the mall, I swear the mall smelled like Christmas today, it made me feel warm and fuzzy.

TGIF!!

How is your day going?

The snow is still coming down, the roads are so messy & slick. Grrr.

This is almost mid April, correct?!

Adrian says we're still going to make the trip this weekend, please keep us in your thoughts. We are taking a two lane highway, it's pretty well traveled, so hopefully we will be fine. It's those areas that the sun doesn't hit that I worry about being slick.

I better get some things done here before I have to start packing, and making dinner.

Extra prayers being sent up for Wish, Clancy, Hermione, Smokey, and Lily. Xo
