Adrian has been working on a long project of burning our CD's onto a hard drive, so I spent lots of time on picking some & moving them to my IPhone last night =]

The cool surprise was finding some unique Christmas ones!!

I still have all of my Christmas CD's out in my car, and those are a must too, one day!!

I keep a case of Christmas CD's in my car all year too!
Every once in a while I like to tune out the bad news, tune out the talking heads, and listen to the sounds of joyous celebration!
Speaking of music, I recently discovered that the exquisite pipe organ at our church was donated by the great-nephew of Franz Gruber, the composer of "Silent Night."
That gave me a warm and fuzzy for sure!

That is so cool about the pipe organ at your church! WOW!!

Do they play it before your Christmas services? The church/school I went to as a child always played theirs along with the choir to Christmas carols before the midnight mass. So beautiful!! I mean, it's amazing year round, but on Christmas it gives you the chills!

I've been doing the exact opposite of that. I have all kinds of MP3 albums saved on my computer that I have been burning to discs as a backup.

Good evening!
I picked my daughter up from work a little while ago. It was kind of slow tonight so she got to leave early. She has some homework to do so I'm happy she's home.
I also got to visit my father for a couple of hours. He hasn't improved at all. But they ran a couple of tests today and the doctor will be by tomorrow to discuss the results. I think they want him to start physical therapy tomorrow too, if that's even possible.
Oh and my oldest daughters boyfriend is home from college. He went away to a school in Florida this past year. He decided he isn't going back to Florida next year, he will be going somewhere local. So my daughter is thrilled about that.
That's about it for me tonight. I'm going to read for a little while before I go to sleep.

Any more after surgery, doctors have the patients up and about. I was walking the hall after my double mastectomy. It isn't fun at all, but it really helps in quicker healing. Take care and encourage your dad, HMG. It will be hard at first, but it does work.
