Internet off at my house, will be Saturday before it is on again, discovered I can hook up to it at moms place. She is in Vermont right now so am going to bring my laptop here and hang out for awhile each day. Nice thing is her place is only 4 blocks from work.

It stormy here, tornados are touching down just west of us and that particular storm is heading straight toward us! I am ready to go to bed but I better stay up for a little longer and keep an eye on this. All local TV stations are covering weather right now.

They just said some houses have been leveled and some injuries reported. I didn't catch the exact location but I know it's just west of us.

I have not been on MMC since July 2012. I missed you guys so much. I hope to be back and check in weekly if not daily! I miss you all my dear friends and sure do need some Christmas spirit!
Hello everyone. Thought I'd drop by this evening and say hi. I hope to catch up on the posts tomorrow and check in more often. I was off work today to take care of some school stuff that needed to be done. I am now officially a graduate student as i enrolled in a masters program. Not sure exactly what I was thinking, but here goes. I'll get the summer off, at least.

Good evening.
I had a headache most of the day. I feel better now but I am exhausted. I didn't even have the strength to go visit my father today. I did call him and he understood. Tonight is his last night in the rehabilitation center, he will go home tomorrow morning. I will visit him at home after he gets settled.
Hope everyone had a wonderful day and I hope all is well.

Mile wide tornado on the ground southwest of us as we speak. That is scary! Our warning has expired but praying for those in the path of that storm!
