Morning HMG, Glad to hear you are feeling better . We are good thanks My eldest seems a lot better and made it into school today. My little one is still fighting a cold off and not sleeping well at night but he is in good spirits nevertheless.

Well not far away from the weekend now! This week has just whizzed on by! Today I'm still catching up with house work.

My son has lost his first tooth . It still feels like only yesterday when he first got teeth!! They are growing up too fast.

Well, the heat is here, Folks. We moved well into the 80's yesterday and the same weather is supposed to continue today and tomorrow. At least the humidity hasn't made its Summer time appearance yet.
We have commenced the day at 67 degrees.

Hello everyone!
It is going to be sunny and warm today, temperatures in the upper 70's.
I walked the dogs and started some chores. I am going to run to the supermarket and the pet store for a few things. And If I have time I would like to run up to the mall, I want to go to Yankee Candle for a couple of room sprays. My father is leaving the rehab center today and going home, I also plan to visit him later this afternoon. That's about it for me today.

Please stay safe, those of you who are in harm's way. Late this afternoon, we ate dinner at Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen in "Downtown Disney." I think it was the best restaurant meal I have ever had!!! Hubby had barbecue shrimp and Parmesan grits. I had cornmeal crusted catfish with Creole rice and the BEST greens ever!!! I will describe the meal tomorrow because I am falling asleep! TTYT

Fun fun! I am ready to go back to Disney with the grandkids. I have been to Disney World twice and Disneyland twice. Since we usually travel during the summer with the kids I prefer Disneyland more. The weather is much nicer than it is in Florida! The hotel rates are a little more affordable too. I am glad you are enjoying yourself. You deserve it!!!

I am feeling better than I was this morning, just really tired, but I made it through my whole shift. I spent my last two hours doing no stress paperwork. I do have to be back for 7am. My wife will be taking the day off tomorrow to recover, but the boys are going back to school, so almost back to normal. I think I will head to bed now, I can barely keep my eyes open.

What a night! We finally got to sleep around midnight. Even after the tornado warning expired it was still a bit shaky outside and we were keeping an eye on the weather in case they put the warning back into effect.

I don't usually get too freaked out over this kind of weather but when those sirens started sounding off it gets a little scary. It's really sad what happened over in Granbury and surrounding areas.

Hello everyone. Thought I'd drop by this evening and say hi. I hope to catch up on the posts tomorrow and check in more often. I was off work today to take care of some school stuff that needed to be done. I am now officially a graduate student as i enrolled in a masters program. Not sure exactly what I was thinking, but here goes. I'll get the summer off, at least.

They do grow much too fast, it's been a very long time since the tooth fairy made a visit to our house :-D

And I have some other pain related issues to deal with...

My daughter had her Confirmation last Sunday
and Im still exhausted...
We had it here at home, with over thirty people in our living room
Beautiful day! Im so proud of my girl!


But I have missed you so much!
Being here I can feel the love for Christmas just
flowing through my heart...
And soon it's Christmas in July
I still have my e-cards from last year!
I just saw the one from Louann again... ♥

Tomorrow is Norway's Constitution Day (Independence Day)
so I have some preparations to do...

Good Morning MMC!!! It's going to be another warm day here with a high of 79 expected later today. It looks like we will see some rain too. Not much going on here today. We are thankful the storms missed you and our prayers are with the victims and their families. I remember the spring storms around Dallas. We lived in Carrollton and I can remember being in our back yard and seeing the lightning from storms that were still west of Fort Worth.

Good Thursday morning all. Thank all of you for your prayers for my Mom. She is doing better today. Monday was a trying day for her. Along with placing folks at risk, it is frustrating watching Medicare waste $5,000 in order to save $25. No wonder they are in such a financial mess.

Nasty hot weather is here. We hit 81 yesterday and should again today. At least it cools off into the low 50s.
