Christmas Countdown - 2013

we´ve had lots and lots of rain....now it looks like it did right before last Christmas.....the river I live closeby will probably flood....we have already put most of the furniture up on some higher blocks and are crossing our fingers, that the water won´t come into the house....the way it seems now....we will have to leave the house sometime tomorrow

Not again ... too much.

Packing makes me nervous, too, so I always over-pack. The other thing I worry about is missing the plane and making connections. We always leave way early for the airport, but I still worry until we're safely on board. I'm more nervous in the airport than on the plane!

LOL, I am having the same feeling except I do not have to catch a plane! I am this way until we are to a point in our trip were turning back to get something missed is no longer and option.

We just packed the van except for a few things that I do not want to leave there over night. Gave the neighbors the left over milk and chocolate chip cookies (have to keep the kids happy!) One of the neighborhood girls is looking after all my furbaies.....I hope they will all be ok!
Getting up around 4 am, hope to be on the road by 5am.
I am so looking forward to this trip.
