Good evening!
I just wanted to pop in let you all know that I have been thinking about everyone. I hope all is well. I am doing good, but I have been super busy this week. My daughters prom went well. Tomorrow is her graduation ceremony and her party will be on Sunday. I know the graduation is going to be emotional for me but there are so many good things happening and I am enjoying every minute of it.

We had storms all night long, with loud thunder, heavy rain & hail, 60 mph winds, and lightning. We didn't get much sleep, so it's going to be a long day.

I better make another pot of coffee if I'm going to make it through the morning!

Good Morning, Weekend Wonders.

And lo and behold, will wonders never cease!
Just look:
Days to the Season: 144
Days to Christmas Day: 186
Barely over HALF A WEEK remains until our next Milestone, the 50 percent mark to Christmas Day.
Wow! Talk about the peak! Half a year in the coming, then all downhill!

Another fine day yesterday.
Plenty of sun, low humidity, moderate temps and no precip of any kind.
I'll tell you, I'm starting to get spoiled.....and no doubt a rude awakening is just ahead!
Currently, our digital thermometer reads 70.5 degrees here in the capital city.

Stopping in for a quick hello! Today, Kim and I are heading to Cornwall to take her nephews to see Monsters University. It should be a great time! I recall seeing Monsters Inc in theatres about 13 years ago with some friends from school. I hope I - and they - appreciate this one as much as I did the first! We're coming back to Ottawa right after the movie, so it should be a nice and quick trip.

I hope everyone is well and enjoyed their summer solstice. The days now may not be getting cooler, but they certainly are getting shorter. We're well on our way to our favourite time of year!

we were in Cornwall a couple of weeks ago, that is where we usually cross the boarder when going to my sisters place.

Good evening everyone! So glad the weekend has arrived. We plan on doing nothing this weekend but lounging around home and watching tv amd maybe some sightseeing tomorrow afternoon. We found this awesome South American Restaurant in Salt Lake City(thanks to google) we would have never found it on our own! But It was great. Brandi likes French and itialian the most and I offered to take her to one of those but she said we would eat what I like this weekend and then do French next weekend...she's the greatest! Anyhow We had a great night and when we got back we sat around and talked to the sitter who's husband I work with and we planned a get together with them on sunday afternoon we are grilling some steaks and ribs! I hope everyone has a great weekend...and BTW today was the longest daylight day of the year beginning tomorrow the days will get shorter by a minute or two every other day!!! then in sept we really will start loosing daylight by as much as 2 minutes a day! just another sign that our beloved fall/winter season is truckin right along!! Goodnight everyone!

I think I'm going to run to Hobby Lobby to see what Christmas stuff they have out and then I need to run to the grocery store. Fun. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
