Good morning!!! WOW you all were busy this weekend! I don't have time to work & get caught up, so I will jump in here & read what I can!! Hope you all had a GREAT weekend & enjoyed some QVC!! We had a WONDERFUL time with family. My bro/sil made it in safe & sound from Cape Cod! It was so nice of my nieces in-laws to let us invade their pond/camp ground. Such a nice set up they have! Weather was great. Ate too much! Tonight we are going out for Mexican. Mmmmm!

I want to introduce you to my new "little niece" Brandy:



Isn't she a baby!!! Can't wait to see her as a FULL GROWN GREAT DANE!!! :grin: What a sweetie!

Good afternoon all. This will be a busy week. We have Vacation Bible School all week from 5:30 - 9:00 each night. My wife is the director so it is especially busy for her. Our son is actually helping teach the 5th graders. With an hour drive home from work, I will be late each day but it should be fun.

Drove down to visit my parents over the weekend. It is tough to see them go downhill.

We continue to have hot/humid weather with highs in low 80s with lows in low 60s. Sightly better weather may be coming though. The extended forecast shows highs in upper 70s with lows in upper 50s. Hope the humidity goes away too. Rainfall is 15 inches above normal for the year.

It is hard to watch parents age, my mom is 82 now and is struggling with several things. She is having laser surgery tomorrow on her eyes for glaucoma. She has slowed down a lot the last couple of years.

Christmasstar, my mom has glaucoma and has had a couple of surgeries. They were a success! I am sure your mom will do well but I understand your concern.

can't move my head at all...

But, I have to bake for my nieces sons baptism tomorrow...

I love some of the Mr. Christmas pieces, but their quality control stinks.

They do a lot of the animated pieces for my Christmas village.
