What a day. Thought I'd only have to move a few little things to get the sofa and a couple other things from my MIL's old place in here tomorrow. That turned into Mr. finding space to put a small bookshelf that was formerly in the basement, and that turned into his shifting everything in the bookshelves in the front room (one whole wall is bookshelves). The top of the cedar chest was stacked with some old, some half-finished afghans that had to be bagged up and tossed. We hauled out a bunch of bulk trash that is being picked up Monday. And we had to go out and get a couple of floor lamps and footstools, and some trash bags, and light bulbs for the new lamps ... and we still have to empty the shelves full of DVDs in the TV room to make room for a new, taller shelving unit. No relaxation tonight! Maybe after the new stuff comes tomorrow and is all arranged ...

Hope you get a little bit of time to relax this weekend!!!

We are having leftovers for dinner and then it will be TV time. I am going to do some research on nutrition before dinner. TTYT and have a great evening, everyone!

Good evening,

I am just popping in quickly catching up while my chatterbox wife is on the phone. We were watching a movie, but it is on pause while I wait. Long day at work, but I have a day off tomorrow and we are celebrating Grandparents Day by inviting my in-laws over for a turkey dinner, you're all invited if you can make it!!!

Good night everyone!!!!

$1,000,000,000.00

Well, I'm out then!! LOL!!

I think the recommended limit is like $10 but it is really up to the partners to decide if they want to set a price limit with each other or not.

Thanks, made!!

Snowflake, I'm really enjoying the photos---and envying the space you have to decorate like that!

Thank you, MerryCarey! It's a first for me. I've never been able to have everything out, so I'm enjoying it =]

Good luck tonight, hope it goes quicker than expected.

Especially with the after hours you had to put in at work.

Just packed up eight boxes of videos---DVDs and VHSs---from one room, mind you! Then tomorrow we get to put them all back up on new shelves. Hoping this will be worth all the effort. Well, it's not quite as bad as moving, and we're getting rid of plenty of deadwood as we go. We'll be stiff as boards in the morning! Don't know yet what time BIL is bringing the new (well, to us) furniture. A lot of fuss over replacing some old things with a few new ones. We don't rearrange things often.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Xmas for all his work on the Christmas-Song-a-Day thread. It has really been a blessing and a mood-lifter. If you haven't visited it and would like to hear some Christmas Spirit, just check it out! You'll be glad you did. Would you believe he has been doing this daily for almost two years!!!

Good Morning, Sundayacs and Christmas Maniacs!

Rise, shine and read the daily count of your choice.

Actually, the choice is simple and here it is:
Days to the Season: 66
Days to Christmas Day: 108
Tomorrow, Guys -- ONE WEEK until the 100-day Christmas Day Milestone. Followed instantly by a double/double count.
(Let me tell you, Folks. We are running low on Milestones. A sure sign that Christmas Season 2013 will soon be upon us!)

Another wonderful day was had here yesterday.
Still the nice low humidity and moderate temps.
Now, today is supposed to be 8-10 degrees warmer but hopefully the humidity will remain diminished.
Right now? Well, we record 65.6 degrees here on our digital backdoor thermometer.

Have a Super Sunday, Friends!
And enjoy the balance of your weekend in the spirit of the pending Season.
