I know I'm late but I just wanted to pop in and wish everyone a goodnight. I had a nice visit with my parents this evening, I haven't seen them in a while. We went out to Friendly's and treated ourselves to ice cream sundaes. Yum! I hope everyone had a wonderful day, "see" you all tomorrow.

Well it's Friday afternoon at work and I am almost out of here! Terribly busy day and so looking forward to this weekend. I kind of hesitate to bring this up but as we all are so excited about this season change of fall and leading up the Holidays I just realized and it hit me hard that cm3 won't be here with us this year. I mean I do think about her everyday but the thought that she won't be here for us to share it kind of just smacked me in the face just now. I know everyone here misses her but it's really sinking in with me that she really is gone. The first Holiday after a loved one has passed are always the hardest I know from when my Dad died. I hate to bring it up because I don't really want to bring the atmosphere down. It just don't seem right that she is not here talking about her furbabies well I will talk to yall soon as I get home and situated!

been feeling the same yesterday....sometimes I still expect to see her name when I go through the countdown....

Good afternoon, friends~

I had a very productive day today!!

First, I had a few appointments. One was with my chiropractor who is amazing! She has really helped me a lot, and is a big animal lover too. She told me I could bring Harlowe anytime if she isn't feeling well, and she would adjust her too. For free...nice lady.

Then, I had to go to Menard's for some batteries, nails, and light bulbs. I found lots of Christmas things there, just starting to be stocked. Awesome!!

After that, I came home & started going through our storage under the stairs. Adrian couldn't find his carving tools, and with it being prime pumpkin carving season, I had to save the day! I finally found them packed in Christmas things (?)!! Must've been by Adrian... So, he's happy, and I had fun looking at all of our Christmas decorations!! Some of them have never been used, so can't wait to put them out this year!! Adrian hit clearance the past two years, and found some awesome things.

Going to start dinner soon. Date night tonight =]

Hey everyone - what are you all up to this evening? DH, the kids, and I are camping out in the motorhome tonight, in the yard. The kids are so excited about it. Love weekends off!

Wow what a long day! Monica does not know how to read a map and then could not remember where out in the woods her sister lives. So a trip that should have been 4 hours instead was 8 hours! Of course we did have fun with it, saw lots of wonderful scenery.
So now I am tired but a good tired.
Tomorrow we head into Peterborough to give my nephew his care parcel.

Good Saturday Morning my festive pals! Last weekend in September!

I am trying to decide on the children's Halloween costumes. J already knows he wants to be Darth Vader . I saw the cutest kid's Spock costume and I would have loved this for my little one but they were out of his size.

Lazy day here today , well almost, I am catching up with some house work. DH has to catch up with a few things at the office today so we are on our own till later.

the bronchitis is getting better.....still annoying...never expierenced anything like that....on Sunday it will be three weeks.......but it is improving!!!

Have fun deciding on the Halloween costumes. I use to love picking costumes out with the girls. When they were little we would head to the Disney Store, usually about this time of the year. They especially loved the princess costumes. Enjoy your day Festive Spirit!

Good morning!
I need to get moving soon. I have to go to the supermarket and butcher to get all of my food shopping done. I have nothing in the house. I used the last of the coffee creamer earlier and I could really go for another cup right about now! Not too much going on today. My youngest has a haircut appointment and I am going to take a ride with my middle one for more job applications. While I am in the stores I will keep my eyes open for anything Christmassy, I haven't been seeing too much around here yet.
