well, I see Carl got a new big screen TV for the Pines, more like an Imax I would say! Watching all those Christmas blossom pictures on this is totally amazing! You guys got to come down here and see this!

We should have moved the Pines evening to Bellville. Luke Bryan is playing an outdoor concert 3 miles away right now. It's actually in a pasture next to my office, and it's so loud, it's rattling the windows here at the house!
I don't know Luke, but he's friends with several people around here. He went to the nearby college, so he does farm-aid-type concerts here every year.
He asked me to play in his band tonight, but, you know, I had too much going on.
Yeah, right! :lol:

we had a big summer music festival going on less than a block from our house one summer. We could sit on the front steps and listen to the whole thing. May not have seen the stage but it was OK since we got to hear it all for free.And yes, it was very noisy!
My sister-in-law and her husband snuck in on their golf cart and parked next to the ambulances. They are near the stage! She has a lot of nerver LOL.
that would have been impossible to do at the one here, they had a 6' fence around the field and 24 hour security.
