I got to the Pines and the first words out of Carls mouth was "Did you see me?" When I told him that I had no idea what he was talking about, he started playing this clip over and over and over again on all of the TV's.

Tomorrow a cold front is coming our way with lots of rain for tomorrow. On friday the places higher up should see quite a lot snow. They say we will be in for another long and cold winter. I just hope we will have snow in December instead of January and February. Last christmas was warmer than eastern! Infact we had heavy snowfall on eastern.

I'm wishing you lots of snow this December! ^^

Good morning!
Just got back from the supermarket. They just got in the prettiest mums in jack-o-lantern pots, they're so cute. I'm having a cup of coffee now and I have to get started on my chores soon. I also need to make something for dinner in a little while since I'm going in to work later this afternoon. I'm going to make a tray of baked ziti to leave for them. Not too much else going on. I feel so tired today, I hope I snap out of it soon!

Such days happen once in a while. :] Also, apples makes you awake even better than caffeine so you can try them once in a while. And they are healthier too!

I downloaded a new app for my Kindle tonight called Christmas Radio, nothing but Christmas music stations, I am listening to it right now and I am loving it. It says MerryChristmasRadio is on it but not working right now, so I have Christmas Classics on right now. I have decided I really need to get a Percy Faith Christmas CD. Christmas music is so relaxing.

I stayed up until the wee hours of the morning again today - really need to stop doing that as it throws my whole day off! Made chicken sausage and rearranged stuff in the freezer again. Overdid it a bit and am now resting my knee. The heat from the computer feels great - helps take the edge off of the pain. Should really do paperwork tonight but, I am seriously thinking of watching a movie or two. I could really use a good laugh as it has been a rather rough week already - lots of not so good news the past few days has made me rather sad and I want to shake that mood asap!

It was lots of fun today at uni. We worked in the lab identifying plants. Five hours passed by way too quickly! I'm proud of myself for being very good at using microscope because I hated this thing at school but today it was so easy! ^^

I have also signed to to be a blood donor so I'm now waiting for confirmation letter and information session to attend.

I'm now about to go to bed. I stayed up very late last night because I was working on 'PowerPoint' presentation for upcoming international evening and I wanted to finish the slides and hence I could hardly get up this morning. ^^ So no way I would stay up that late tonight again.

Happy 'Pines Day everyone! It's the midweek already. Time to celebrate.

Actually, it's past the midweek. Only two more work days remain between now and the long weekend! Then, it will be a few days of beautiful weather - according to the forecast - and delicious foods. I can't wait for the turkey and pumpkin pie. Thanksgiving dinner is a favourite, indeed.

Not a whole lot happening today. Work was OK. I'm starting to understand the new job more and more. I received an email yesterday stating that all I have to do is input my phone number into the system at the Upper Canada District School Board and I will be on my way to receiving calls for supply teaching! The only problem is that I may have to hold off on updating it for a couple weeks. I need to figure out how to patch things with my new job. It all happens at once. I am in a little bit of a pickle. I hope they'll understand and let me come in part-time or something. Also, I don't know how much supplying I will be doing, so it's all up in the air!

I'll see what I can do there.

Anyway, I need to figure out something for dinner. Have a great night, everyone! Nothing like a 'Pines Day to break up the work week before a long weekend!

Elizabeth lost several videos that she and some classmates had recorded for a school project. They had used her tablet to record the video, and on the last day of recording, the tab said it was low on memory. She thought she was deleting old photos, but apparently deleted her weeks worth of video, instead.

She was brokenhearted and crying, and I almost cried because she was crying...lol. they're scrambling, trying to put together something fast, but she's still feeling like she let her friends down. bless her heart.

oh well. now ain't always, I guess.

I had the brilliant (not!) idea to rearrange the office corner in my kitchen - what a mess that ended up being! Ended up with an extra shelf I need to put in the office/storage room but, it will have to wait until tomorrow when it is light out. There is a bit more room to move in here now - yay! The shelf will work great in the other room but, when I do put it in there, I will end up with an extra side table. :lol: It is always something, isn't it?! Never did watch any movies yesterday. Shortly after I posted that I was going to, Palmer curled up alongside my sore knee. She is a little heater - way better than a heating pad! I didn't want to disturb her so I finished reading Juliet. Great book!

I have some research to do so I will bid all of you MERRY dreams!
