As I said, the temps are falling through the day and the snow gets lower and lower.

I am picking up our turkey and alll the fixings today for our thanksgiving.

So Jealous!!!

I wish our Thanksgiving was coming soon...I love reading about our friends up North having theirs soon...maybe Dr. Wifey, Lil Bambina, and I will have a meal to celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend...

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe a turkey breast, stuffing, and mashed potato's.

Good afternoon, how are you all? I guess I have missed quite a lot. It is difficult these days to keep up with posts.

My eldest had an accident at school and had to undergo some minor surgery. I have been with him in hospital for most of the week.

Beautiful!! The leaves are slowly changing here. They say it will be the end of the month before they really start to change.

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

Well, Elizabeth's classmates were understanding, but the project still has to be re-done. I'll be a busy weekend for my little honeybee.

I MUST get back to work on the Camaro. It's been more than a week since I last did anything on it, but we've been so busy that free time is a luxury. I think I finally decided on a color. It's already painted with a Rally Sport scheme (although not factory colors, obviously):

...but I found a picture of a car with a factory paint scheme and colors. I LOVE this:

I think this is the plan. Now I just have to make it a reality. Dood, I would be smooth riding in a car like this!

I can tell you what would really make me feel better, If my Designated Dish Washer showed up to do her job!!!!! You and your granddaughter would have loads of fun doing my dishes for me!!! :LOL:

Good Morning MMC!!!! It's going to be a warm one here with a high of 78. I may have to turn on the A/C this afternoon. Not much going on here today. I just went to walmart with my sister and even though I used one of the carts to drive around on, my niece's kept climbing on and off of it with my and stepping on my foot. Now it's throbbing. So I'm going to spend the rest of the day just sitting here with it up. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I wasn't feeling well most of the day yesterday. To make me feel better my granddaughter had her play dishes out and made me a dessert that she called, Santa Roo Roo. I asked her what was in it and she told me cocoa and other yummy stuff. Sounds good to me!!! I "ate" it all up! She is quite a chef!

My mother went ahead and took my granddaughter home with her around 2 pm so I could get some sleep. I was so tired but was unable to sleep so I just laid in bed all day watching Christmas movies, Miracle on 34th Street, Brady Bunch Christmas, A Christmas Carol (Patrick Stewart), A Christmas Story and A Charlie Brown Christmas.

I feel just okay today but going to try and get some things done around the house.

That would be a nice ride. The sad thing is I had my driver's license when that car came out. You'll have to drive it up to the mountains. Imagine driving it on a curvy mountain road. You may want to watch the old movie "Thunder-road". It was partly filmed on Soco mountain. You could pretend to be Robert Mitchum as you drove across the mountain.

Good afternoon!

It's been a busy Thursday at work! That's a good thing I guess! :smile: It is just beautiful outside. Infact, I had the top down on my convertible when I came back from lunch - and I met my bro in his convertible too! It's not too often we are still driving with the tops down on Oct. 10th! Crazy weather!

Tonight I am making Pot Au Feu & if I have time an apple danish to bring to the lake tomorrow. I'm looking fwd to making both. I have only made the pot au feu once & I've never made the apple danish. Love trying new things! :grin: My friend Missy might come over for awhle tonight too, to stitch 'n b*tch! I need to run to the grocery store too. Busy night!!
