Good morning!
We are going to have sun and clouds today with temperatures in the upper 60's. It is supposed to be much cooler by the end of next week.
I'm sitting here sipping my green tea. I really want a cup of coffee with pumpkin spice creamer but I need to be good. Waahhh!
I need to go to Rite Aid, the pet store and then food shopping today. I went to do some laundry this morning and my dryer isn't working. My husband took it apart and is going to try and pick up a part for it. I'm hoping he fixes it today, I hate when the laundry piles up! Not too much else going on, I think I may call my parents to see if they want to get together later.
I hope everyone is well and has a great day!!!

Good morning MMC as I mentioned above I am sitting at the trailer listening to it rain! My hubby and a lot of the neighbors went for breakfast up the street! One of our neighbors couldn't come up until this morning so she brought Cinnabon's with her – I had a half a Cinnabon earlier and it was delicious! Coffee is extra tasty today too! I am actually loving this cold and rainy weather today! Sitting here working on my Christmas Afghan and watching Golden girls! (Lol)

We don't have any major plans for today other than going with the neighbors at 3:30 to watch the Buckeye game! Then we are coming back here to the marina for a cook out! Everyone wants to clean the meat out of their freezers before the end of the season!

Happy weekend folks. Weather is a bit damp and miserable over here, but I'm making Burgers and chips for tea, followed by a sponge pudding and custard. Plenty to look forward to cheesy. Contemplating buying the Mary J. Blige Christmas Album, anyone heard it yet?

All of this talk of food is making me hungry right before I go to the grocery store. This could be bad!!! LOL!!!

I just wanted to say HI guys. I'll try to post a little bit more now. I missed this place.

I'm excited about Halloween but I am finding myself thinking about Christmas a little earlier this year. I found some egg nog in the store last night (knew to look for it by checking the threads here) and am drinking my first glass right now.

I hope your dryer is an easy fix! Have you tried pumpkin flavored coffee? You get the pumpkin flavor without the fat and calories of creamer. Just a thought! I can't give up my coffee… I tried to replace it with tea – it's just not the same! :-?

It's not the same as creamer, (you just can't beat that creamer) but it is pretty darn good! I drink all my coffee with a little Splenda, or Stevia. I can do it black, but I don't really enjoy it. If you try it you will have to let me know what you think! And I agree – I love my Keurig! I miss it when I'm at the lake on the weekends! Maybe I'll have to ask Santa for a small one for the lake. :smile:

Thanks Made! It's just me but things are pretty good. I moved up to the northeast from the south a couple of months ago so things are a lot different now but they're ok! Getting better!

Bookkeeping and laundry and other householdy things going on here so far. We're going to get a bite of lunch soon (or several bites! I'm hungry!), and then I'll probably get back to work on YuleTube or my radio programming. After I check back in on you all!

Hi Christmas buddies!
I've been missing all of you and sorry to be out of the loop.
Right after our trip to Vegas, my daughter, son-in-law, and one grandson plus my hubby came down with a virus. Holy moly...felt like I was taking crazy pills trying to help out and waiting for the other shoe to drop! I survived without coming down with it and everyone is back to feeling fine.
October 31st my hubs is having rotator cuff surgery. It's been slowing him down for years and he wouldn't do anything about it. Having the two little grandsons is making him realize he must do something about it in order to play with them. I hope it goes well and the recovery isn't horrible. I need him to help me crank out a bazillion spritz cookies afterall! LOL!
I hope all of you are doing well along with your families and I'm going to try to play catch up around here as I can. I have a wedding reception in an hour or so to attend.
