I am still going, barely, watching the Sox game. Exciting game thus far, I should be asleep by now, but I can't miss this chance to watch the Sox possibly win the pennant.

The 2nd half of our Weekend is here.
And so are today's count numbers:
Days to Halloween: 11 (Single digits the day after tomorrow!)
Days to the Season: 24 (Under 3 1/2 weeks!)
Days to Christmas Day: 66 (Under 9 1/2 weeks!)
Like sand through the hour glass........
Coolish yesterday but quite comfortable. Wouldn't mind if it stayed like this year round (or at least starting in January) but that won't happen.
Currently, we are experiencing 53 degrees here in the capital city.
Have a Super Sunday, Folks.
And may the NFL team of your choice prove victorious on the gridiron today (unless they are playing against the Panthers or the Packers, that is)!

Good morning MMC! It is a quiet morning so far at the lake - I woke up early, hubby and dog are still sleeping – I am watching Alice in Wonderland and working on my Christmas Afghan! We don't have any definite plans today other than a bike ride with the neighbors 10 AM. It's supposed to be a nice though chilly day! A lot of our neighbors are closing up their trailers for the season today, makes me sad! 
We will probably close up next weekend, or the following weekend. Next week Sunday night at least I have the ladies night/Christmas open house to look forward to at the hardware store! Always fun!!

I love quiet mornings! Right now I am watching "The Singing Nun" on TCM. I remember my parents loving this movie and having the sound track on record. Have to get ready for church soon so I will miss the end, but hopefully it comes on again soon.

Woke up and the Red Sox going to the World Series is all over the news around here.I watched the game, but the games end too late around here for kids and anyone else who can't stay up late. The game ended at 12:01am this morning.
We will be heading out to my in laws for a turkey dinner in about an hour, and I will have to sit there and watch the Patriots game with my father in law and bro in law.
My wife and I started talking about what we should get the boys for Christmas, we are really struggling with what they want this year. The Toys R Us Big Toy Book can't get here soon enough.
I will chat with you all later, enjoy your Sunday.
