The pictures don't do it justice. It's lovely all year round but when they change over to all Christmas merchandise its extra special. You would love it!

It's been a long day, lots of chores and errands to run. I'm happy to finally sit down and rest for a little while. I did have time to stop at the gift store that I wanted to. It's such a cute little place to visit. It was kind of hard to get good pictures, the rooms are so tiny. But I took a few.

I don't mean to whine about it, I know there are people out there that can't even find work. I just wish black Friday was still on Friday and not on Thanksgiving!
I will try and get some pictures later, it's an adorable little store.

It is not whining, I fully understand your aggravation. Just let a few days of the year where the almighty dollar can take a break.

I guarantee we will hear how great the sales are on Thanksgiving and Black Friday, and then the retailers will spend all of December whining the sales aren't doing well. When will they get it through their heads People get their shopping done on the doorbusters alone now!!!! Almost all the stores offer the same items at nearly the same price. Christmas shopping is done early, and the retailers whine, because there are no return shoppers for Christmas anymore.

Happy Saturday!!

What are your weekend plans?

My parents & Jazzie are heading up today, to hang out with us for the weekend. And tomorrow, Adrian & I, and some friends are going to Lambeau Field for the Packers-Eagles game. Bless my parents hearts, they made the trip to take care of Harlowe for us while we're gone. They adore her, and vice versa, so it all works out! And Jazzie & Har enjoy seeing each other, too.

Our friend, Eric, is coming up today as well. We are going to pick up his brother along the way tomorrow, and then meet my uncle & cousin for a bite to eat before the game. They will be there, too! Should be fun!!
Let's just hope Seneca Warren has been practicing this week!!

We have done some Christmas decorating this week, a little something here & there after work each day. We hung red & white lights on our deck, changed our outdoor bulbs to red & green, put battery operated wreaths around our carriage lights & front door, battery operated pine boughs on our stairway railings (love those, multi-colored or white lights, still or blinking), hung a few xmas signs, and even hung my vintage "believe" stocking. Yay!! It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!
Next weekend, I will be decorating the trees. Adi will put them up before he leaves, and I will decorate them & more things around the house. The village is after that! Can't wait!!

Work has been keeping me busy. Lots to learn!! And we've been short-handed with people being sick, and extra shoppers out & about.

I may not be around much for the next couple of days, but I'll be good, just enjoying my time with family & on the road trip. Go Pack, Go!!

We are at Khols's and Christmas is everywhere! They are even playing Christmas music! We are on to target next...I'll report live from the scene.

Kmart tonight was the same way. We walked in and they were playing "I Wish It Could be Christmas Everyday" Unfortunately it wasn't Roy Wood's version, but Wilson Phillips.

Good evening, everyone? How are you? I am well. Just relaxing, since I've been running all day. I'm currently watching the Hallmark movie that is on.

What is everyone else up to? What did you all do today? We went to Hershey, Pa to take the kids to see Disney Jr. Live. They had a blast. We spent about a total of 6 hours in the car, but it was well worth it for the fun they had.

We ended up buying a new car yesterday! I'm very happy with our purchase. We love it and we're able to take it with us today. This car had a lot more room then our old one did and it has a lot more features, so overall, there is so much more to love.

Well, I am off to read more of the posts from today. I know I won't get caught up, but I will tomorrow. See you guys for coffee in the am! I will check here before bed. Enjoy the rest of your evening.
