We are going to try & find some other friends who are, and join them if we have time ;)

We are meeting my Uncle Den & cousin Ashley for a beer & brat beforehand, too!

Tailgating is a blast!!

Sorry you were having trouble posting- that's been happening for me much more often, too. I am always happy to help, you can message me if there's anything I can do.

Bless your hubby's heart, being so precise & neat with your demo. Hope all is going well! It's going to be so amazing!!

Enjoy your turkey dinner tonight!!

To everything there is a season
And a time to every purpose under heaven

A time to be born
A time to die

To everything there is a season
A time to laugh
A time to weep

To everything there is a season
Unspeakable joy at the arrival of Coach's daughter

To everything there is a season
Unbearable grief at the loss of our Louann

To everything there is a season
We join year long.... strangers in a world surely gone mad as we celebrate a time of peace and not war

Because this is our Season

And so it has come to this..

Four days until the season...

Wonderfully put Binger and so very apt.......Thank you so much. I really enjoyed reading this.

Good evening, everyone? How are you? I am well. Just relaxing, since I've been running all day. I'm currently watching the Hallmark movie that is on.

What is everyone else up to? What did you all do today? We went to Hershey, Pa to take the kids to see Disney Jr. Live. They had a blast. We spent about a total of 6 hours in the car, but it was well worth it for the fun they had.

We ended up buying a new car yesterday! I'm very happy with our purchase. We love it and we're able to take it with us today. This car had a lot more room then our old one did and it has a lot more features, so overall, there is so much more to love.

Well, I am off to read more of the posts from today. I know I won't get caught up, but I will tomorrow. See you guys for coffee in the am! I will check here before bed. Enjoy the rest of your evening.

Congrats on the new car!!!

Night, yall!

Tree looks fantastic coach ! I bet baby can't take her eyes of it!

Morning !! I hope you all had a good Saturday! I popped in very quickly last night but although I could read posts, it would not let me post. Thankfully it's fine this morning.

Yesterday was spent mostly doing odd jobs around the house! I managed to get a lot done. I feel really great about this !
I am getting ready for a day at work so I must run but wanted to wish you all a good Sunday! As I will be in the city later I will get to see the lights and decorations throughout the city. They switched on Christmas lights on Friday and I am looking forward to that!! Tis the season!

See you all tomorrow!

Good morning!!

Have a blessed & beautiful Sunday!!

Day 3 Special Post

All I needed to know about Christmas
I learned on MMC:

Celebrate all year long
Sing a Christmas song at least once a day
Play games with others
Laugh together
Pray for each other
Cry when your heart aches
Bake often and share the recipes and pictures
Watch Christmas movies, even in the summer
Take lots of pictures of your furbabies to share
It is ok to say Merry Christmas, happy holidays or Xmas
Say thank you often
Say hello to newcomers
Believe in Santa…and
Never, ever, loose the wonder of everything Christmas

Christmas is coming again, as it does faithfully every year.
It will come no matter what is going on in the world and in our lives.

We together have faced a year of great joys, welcoming new lives into the world and great sorrows in saying goodbye to friends, family members and beloved pets.
Praying, laughing and crying together as we shared those moments in our lives that we just knew others here would understand.

From daily conversations, to those special times of community chats, Christmas in July and greetings on the podcasts. With the ornament exchange and the mailing of Christmas cards, we bring Christmas into each others homes from around the world. Our very own Kringle radio keeps us dancing to Christmas tunes all year long. Of course we cannot forget the main event party of the year, “The Worlds Largest Christmas party”!!! The only one you can attend without the worry of what to wear.

So celebrate the birth of Jesus and the miracle of His coming. Get together with family and friends. Believe in Santa Claus and his magic. Give to those who are not as blessed as you are. Brighten those dark nights with bright lights and beautiful decorations.
Be excited, the Christmas season is about to begin!

It is not whining, I fully understand your aggravation. Just let a few days of the year where the almighty dollar can take a break.

I guarantee we will hear how great the sales are on Thanksgiving and Black Friday, and then the retailers will spend all of December whining the sales aren't doing well. When will they get it through their heads People get their shopping done on the doorbusters alone now!!!! Almost all the stores offer the same items at nearly the same price. Christmas shopping is done early, and the retailers whine, because there are no return shoppers for Christmas anymore.

Thanks xmas. It's so frustrating.

I hope you have a great day!

I also went to Blockbuster Video, since I heard they are closing for good, I was an assistant store manager there for 3.5 years, met my wife while working there, but I didn't leave under the best of circumstances. I felt I was being forced out because my district manager was upset that I was looking for a better paying job, she started spreading rumors and lies about me around the district. When I found out from my store manager, who was an usher at my wedding, I was just as unprofessional as she was, I got hired at my current job and basically told them I would work the last few days of my schedule, no two week notice, for that week and leave them. Which were their busiest days of the year. So I got the last laugh against her, she was very angry with me, she confronted me. Asked me if I had anything to say to her, and my response was: "Not to you." I turned my back and walked away. That was the first, last, and only time I acted that unprofessional at a job.

I am very sad for the current employees there, losing their jobs right before the holidays.

I hope you all have had a great Friday thus far.

Glad you will be able to go back tomorrow. Just take it easy, as you know!

So sad these people will be losing their jobs, as you said, before the holidays. I feel for them greatly. That has to be so hard.

Thank you sharing this Christmasstar. This is such a beautiful post, I love it :-D

Good morning!
It is going to be sunny today with a high of 55 degrees.
Not too much going on for me today. Unfortunately the girls all have to work again today. And my husband has a few things to do around the house. So I am going to head over to my parents house by myself to have lunch with them. My brother will also be there with his wife so it will be nice to visit all of them. I will meet up with my hubby and kids later today for dinner. I hope everyone is well and has a very happy Sunday!!!

ok, how many of you rearrange your room this time of year just so the Christmas tree will have a really good spot to stand?

I don't really rearrange my room, but I do have to carry a few pieces of small furniture to my basement to store, until the tree comes down, to make room.

Valerie's on,,, selling lighted spheres. I haven't seem those .. In days. Yabba!!

What a nice peaceful night around here. We (vicki and I) were planning to watch movies tonight and she was downstairs with me for a bit and then I couldn't find her. I went upstairs and there she was, all curled up in her bed sound asleep...She was telling me on our way home today that she was exhausted from all the tests, studying and essays that she has had to do over the past couple of weeks, getting very little sleep. She said she was glad to come home and rest in her own bed....

I tucked her in, kissed her forehead, pulled the blinds closed and shut her door, just like I used to when she was still a little girl (made me feel good)!

So, I,m sitting here listening to Kringle Radio, writing some checks and getting ready to go downstairs and watch the kick-off of Battlestar Galacatica at 9 pm on the BBC channel!

It's me, the TV and some Hickory Farms smoked gouda cheese tonight~

That's so sweet! She must have been really tired. I hope you still enjoyed your night. Sounds like you did!
