How is the house hunting going? We're looking!!! So far, we have put 3 contracts in and we loss all three, so.... we are looking at a couple more this weekend. There's one, I really like a lot, It's almost 4 acres and the property sits right next to a horse farm. I'm not a big fan of the house layout though but it's very doable~ You know how it is, trying to find that one that makes you go hmmmmmm....... But, it's hard to find that perfect one with all your items on that check list, so we might have to just make do with what is there and make modifications as we go along~

Camden update: he has an infection and has been put on some very strong antibiotics. He is also taking a bottle now - good appetite! He is a cutie, but so hard to see him hooked up to machines!

It is a gorgeous day here in mid-Michigan - sunny and cool. I ran a few errands in town earlier. Went to the Mission store and found a few items for the store - always happy when that happens. It really isn't easy to find things, esp. at this time of the year. That is why I only go hunting for merch. when I have other errands to run - that way if I don't find anything I am not too disappointed. There are chores waiting for me so I had best get going.

We are just renting our townhouse, and saving up for a year or two. When we left Vegas, the housing market was the worst in the nation, and our only two options were to foreclose or do a short sale. So of course we did the best thing, the right thing, and petitioned for a short sale. Which we received, because of a Adrian transferring for his job. From what I've heard, the market is doing a little better there, but still nowhere close to where it was that when we bought our house towards the end of being there, so many people would just foreclose and walk away, and try to play the system.
Sad.

But our townhouse brand-new, we are the first ones to live in it. Which is nice, we don't need to worry about anything right now.

Looking forward to making a home completely ours again one day, though!
