We're usually pretty successful (thanks to Mr. hauling the packages to the post office and getting the actual mailing done). Friends tell us they know the season is open when our packages arrive!

I am thankful that Massachusetts has that law, we don't need Thanksgiving to turn into another Easter. When I was growing up, Easter everything was closed. Now if you want to go to the mall, eat fast food or whatever, it is a "normal" day.

Good evening,

Like I said earlier, I worked all day outside on my outdoor lights. I am finished and everything is on, I usually don't turn them on until Friday after Thanksgiving. but I worked so hard today I want to enjoy them.
Tomorrow I work a split shift 7-12 then 5-9 to prepare for BF.
I also went to LC's kindergarten Thanksgiving presentation, he did a great job with his singing and remembering his lines. It was adorable seeing all the little ones doing such a great job.

I will be back later on.

I was a busy bee today, I got my Christmas ornament (for the exchange) and all my Christmas cards done and delivered to the post office today...

I'm still at the office working late, the boss is still here as well...(so if he's here, I'm here....brownie points; lol....).

Hopefully, if I get home early enough to night I can get a chance to watch Rudolph~:rudolph:

corprate is good at making rules they them selves do not have to fulfill. You would never find one of the board members who decided they should be open on Thanksgiving working then, they would be at home enjoying the day with their families. So easy to make rules that do not effect you.
I hope they see the light and rehire this young man who has worked so hard to get where he was.

I couldn't agree more, Star! I'm enjoying Rudolph right now! Only a day after the final Rudolph Day of the year!

In fact, there is a great view of Rudolph from inside the 'Pines, too. Carl has really done himself good with all these Thanksgiving celebrations, but he knows that some of us have already celebrated!

I just looked and it doesn't showing it airing again. That is weird. I figured they would.

I heard that on the radio. His court appearance is on Christmas Eve.

It is pretty amazing!!

And proceeds go to charity. It was a tradition to go every year. We used to bundle up, grab some cinnamon almonds & hot cocoa, and pick out our favorite displays.
