The girls are all off to work. I straightened up the house and started laundry so far. I'm going to walk the dogs after I finish my cup of coffee and then I'm going food shopping. My husband's not feeling well so he is still in bed resting. I think he picked up whatever the girls had last week. Not too much else going on for me. Maybe some Christmas shopping later this afternoon.

I bet it eases the employees anxiety, too. Love that united front concept!!

Good morning, MMC!!

I am sitting in front of the tree and fireplace, drinking coffee & watching Mrs. Miracle- one of my faves!

I am going to relax a bit today, and eventually do some things around the house. I plan to watch some Christmas movies, and work on some online shopping too.

What are your plans?

I'm getting ready to head to Jo Ann fabrics. They have a good sale on their Christmas stuff going on. Then it's off to the grocery since they have a good sale on baking stuff today.

That's a great policy. At autozone, it was always the policy for the manager to step in at any sign of things starting to go bad. For some reason, I always seemed to be the manager that got to do it. I guess it's because I have a tendency to talk a little loud and could talk over the customer without really yelling.

I agree. His Christmas album is the best new one to hit stores in a long time and even though it's only a few years old it's already a classic to me!

6am such a beautiful morning and I've put the first load of washing in made a coffee and going to sit down and write my grocery list for lots of christmassy meals including the recipes you guys have given me esp those from DoubleA's show!! All while watching a christmas movie
 
Hello all. We are on our way to Christmas shop then go look at lights when it gets dark! Looking at lights is one of my favorite things to do during the season. Hope you all have a great day!
 
Before putting a Christmas movie in I found a 2013 Christmas pageant from Adelaide South Australia. Feeling less sad that we've only seen snippets of Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. There's a small float of an old telephone which is a direct line to Santa. Lotsa Aussie themes. If anyone is interested they should update here soon http://www.cupageant.com.au/route-map.htm
 
I will try to respond to posts. Tummy is acting up AGAIN. Hubby wants me to go see a gastro person. I will call on Monday. Ugh!
