Morning all. Haven't been able to get on here as much as I'd like as work is hectic at the minute. Hope you are all well and ready for Christmas. I'm getting there, shopping almost finished except food and finally got my outdoor lighting finished last night. I've been loving the drive home at night though, seeing all the lights springing up. I've been taking detour lol.

I found some little crocheted wreath ornaments I made last year, so I brought those in and hung them on the office tree. They're green with little bits of red ribbon, so they don't really stand out well, but I wanted to do my bit. If I have time, I could crochet a few snowflakes to bring in.

Back to work proofreading obituaries for a website ... what a cheery way to start the day.

Good morning!
It is snowing here, we are supposed to get about 2-4 inches. It's coming down pretty heavy and the roads are a mess already. My 17 year old drove in to school this morning. I panicked about an hour ago and decided to drive up to the school with my oldest to get her car. I don't want her driving in the snow yet. She thinks she can handle anything but she's only been driving for 3 months. I texted her to let her know and she's furious! Too bad. I will also be driving her back and forth to work later. I'm sure she'll be thrilled about that too!
Anyway, I'm doing laundry and I have some other chores to do. Since I'm driving my daughter up to the outlets later I may do some shopping while I'm there.

Happy for you!

I really miss snow days. When our office is closed due to severe weather, we work from home, which means being glued to the computer all day watching for jobs coming in via email. But it still beats driving in a snowstorm or on icy roads.

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

I went yesterday with Nancy to take Elizabeth to dance class, then to do some shopping. We ate at Taco Bell, which was pretty good for a change. At least is wasn't McDonalds again.

The network has been down all morning here, but we finally got it going again. I really need to do some work!

Yucky, cold day here & I'm not feeling the best in the world. But, I did get my car back yesterday! It was like having a brand new car again to figure out how everything works. I'm sure it'll all come back to me quickly.

I am back down to 1 dog. Our friends came home from their cruise last night, so Bud went back home! I think Buster is happy. He slept ALL night last night & then all night overnight too! Usually I have to let him out once in the middle of the night. Not last night!! They wore him out!
