Good afternoon,

I went back to bed after I dropped the boys off for school. I stayed in bed waaaay to long after that. I have been running around trying to get everything done. I did get the floors scrubbed, so wifey will be happy, need all these brownie points I can get with the Stanley Cup playoffs starting up, I am hoping for 2 more months of Bruins hockey. cheesy One of the things I wanted to do was to run to the mall to get a new Bruins hat, I haven't got a new one since 2011, so it is time to get a new one. I was too lazy to get off my duff and had to scrap that thought.

Hello all. I'm sorry I've been away. I hope everyone is doing good.

My wife's grandpa passed yesterday so we are busy with funeral preparations. It will be tomorrow at 2:00. Thank you all for the prayers.

I'll be around more after tomorrow.

Here's a pic of my friend...this is my in-law's dog Haley. She is a sweetheart and I spoil her every time I'm here. It's no different then how it is everyday for her because she is always spoiled!

Gracie had a blast with her play date - so did Charlie. They played NON STOP for 2 hours & they would have played another 2, but I brought Charlie back. He is soooo cute! Hope you are having a great evening too!

Well, today ended with a bang. Wifey called from the next town over and said she had a flat. I go to help her and it was the weirdest thing I have ever seen. She has a bolt that was at least 10 inches long stuck in her wheel well at least 6 inches. Never seen anything like it. We got the wheel fixed and then I came home and cooked supper (Doc says crockpot ain't cooking...but what does she know).

It's awesome outside! Bambina is out here looking around and laughing. Squirrels really catch her eye. She can't keep up with birds yet, but she tries.

I'm gonna run. Hope all of y'all hare having a good day!

Crock pot cooking IS cooking! Lol! Sounds like a great night, minus the flat tire!

It has been a rough night here tonight, too many things going on lately we have forgotten to keep tabs on our oil tank. We will probably run out of oil tonight, our oil company opens at 7am, we will call first thing and hope they will be able to deliver in the a.m. or sometime tomorrow afternoon. I hate it when things get so busy.


Tomorrow night is the Bruins first game of the playoffs, I can't wait. I found this video to get even more excited than I am already.

Procrastinating? We haven't even decided where we are having easter or what anyone's making!!! I just know that I will have to bring macaroni salad so I'm getting my eggs boiled and celery and onion chopped up for it today. My sister said we would figure out the rest tomorrow night when we celebrate my niece's birthday.

Hope Charlie and Gracie have fun together!!!!

I don't want to see any more eggs after the easter egg hunt last week but I'm sure I will have to make some up and hide them for my niece's on sunday.

Your macaroni salad sounds great! I hope you come up with a place to eat it! Charlie & Gracie had a blast! They are so funny! I have no doubt you will be an awesome uncle & hide eggs for your nieces on Sunday! :smile: Have a good nights sleep!

We always do the family style thing and it's always been at my sister's house because she doesn't want to take the kids out anywhere. Now she doesn't want to host it though because her house is a mess. Yet she's having us all there tomorrow night for Katie's birthday.

Maybe you should go clean hear house too! :lol: (just kidding)

I hope you are all having a great night. I got the bacon fried & crumbled for the 7 layer salad, also the celery, onion & lettuce chopped, & the dressing made. I made a buffalo chicken dip, & did laundry & dishes, quick steam cleaned the oven...and played with puppies. My sister/niece came over to play with puppies too. Adorable! Tomorrow I'm going to boil a bunch of eggs - some to hide, some for deviled eggs & some for the 7 layer salad! I also need to clean & make a pineapple upside down cheesecake for my hubby's family's party! Hoping to get that all done in the morning so I can go to the lake & ride bike with my friend in the afternoon!!! Wew! Lol!

We have had Easter break here in Norway since last Friday
It ends on Tuesday!
So we already been some days at our cabin in the mountains.

My hubby is starting to work tomorrow morning,
so I'll be home with the kids for the rest of the Easter break.

Today we are going to the beach to barbecue, play and have fun
And this afternoon/evening we have leg of lamb for dinner =)
