Good Sunday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's our typical Sunday morning sprint, trying to get ready for church, so I won't be here long. I might get run over if I sit at the computer for too long.

Jim and I did a lot of stuff on the Camaro yesterday. I spent waaaay too much on performance gauges, but they look so cool! We also spent too much time trying to tighten the trunk lid springs so it would stay up when it's opened. We finally go it, but that took a few hours and a few pinched fingers.

Nancy and the kids went with her sister and parents to see a play last night, so I stopped by the local seafood place and ordered a new sandwich called "The Bomb", and it is! It's a flatbread sandwich with blackened tilapia, cheese and grilled onions & peppers. It was great! I'm still full.

Ok, I'm getting dirty looks for sitting still for too long. I hope y'all have a great day~! cheesy

Good morning!
It is going to be cloudy today with a high of 61 degrees. We may have some showers moving in later this afternoon. I never made it back to the lake yesterday to go for a walk. I ended up taking my daughter to a few stores to look for a pair of earrings to wear to prom. She didn't find anything she wanted, she's so darn picky! Anyway, so I had to walk on the dreaded treadmill last night. I think I'm going to give myself a break today, no exercise! My husband and the girls will be busy today, they will all be working for a few hours. Not to much going on for me. I'll be working on some chores around the house and I plan on visiting my parents this afternoon.

The nice weather held yesteday and we had a pleasant day for my niece's graduation ceremony.
Today should be more of the same with highs in the 70's, perhaps 80.
We have begin things at 54 degrees here in the capital city.

Snow-in-Texas and I had a "go with the flow" type day yesterday. We ran a couple of errands early in the morning and were done with that by 9:00 am. I looked at him and said, "Now what"? Ha ha! We just hopped in the car with no clue where we were going, no plans and just randomly stopped at places. We first stopped at the lake for a walk and then sat at a bench talking and looking around at the lake. We then went out for lunch, afterward we drove around and decided to stop at a few shops and a few garage sales. I asked him if he was having fun not knowing what we are doing and where we are going? He said, "Anything we do together is fun"! cheesy (Please don't get the image that we are some type of, "romantic, telling poetry to each other type couple") ha ha! We just are laid back silly type couple who cut up a lot! We can make grocery shopping fun together! :lol: Then we headed back to the lake to hang out a bit. Came home and sat out back with the dogs then came in to watch the Kentucky Derby. Then just lazy watching TV the rest of the evening. It turned out to be a fantastic day!!!

Today is church and work!
