Another hot day today, but a cool front moves us back down into the 80s the next few days.

Weird day yesterday. Got a headache in the morning that wouldn't go away, even with headache tablets, and had to go home about 2 p.m. and lie down. (Thank heaven it didn't happen on a super-busy day!) Finally got rid of it in the late afternoon, but it left me very tired out and a little woozy. Still kind of tired and woozy today, but I want to stick it out and do a day's work. Hoping some tea will help to get me going!

CAH, I envy your Christmas dreams. Seems like when I dream of Christmas, it's a bad dream about its being very close and I've somehow missed the season and am not at all ready for it!

Sorry that you had a rough day yesterday.

Carl is handing out door prizes tonight. First, he had images of himself made into "adorable plush toys" in case anyone wants to "cuddle with their favorite camel."

Then, so he can always "walk with you," he is handing out specially made socks...

Sweet!! I love them both! I better get there early =)

I didn't get a chance to check in here at all yesterday so I have lots of catching up to do. Hopefully I will get a chance today! It is sooo gorgeous outside! It's going to be hard to be inside at work all day!

So last night I take Gracie to the lake & we went for a walk. We get back to the trailer, she stays outside & I was inside for just a few minutes. I walk out & there she is:






I have a window box planter that has nothing in it except potting soil & it had filled with water from all the rain. Well...it's pretty much empty now! :lol: Ornery Pup!!!! Bet she had a BLAST!

Merry Morning ! Happy Pines Day!

Been a busy morning. I was invited to my eldest school to see him receive an award during his morning assembly. It is the third one this year, he is doing so well.

After that my youngest and I popped to the shops to pick up a few things and then it was back home to laundry and tidying.

I should be working now but of course I am on MMC LOL! I should go, I need to work on a project before the school run at 3.

What are the extras? Is it a new transfer?
One joy of being married to a film collector is that he understands the urge to upgrade when a better version comes along ... so maybe I will!
(P.S.: We won't let your wife kill you.)

I believe it is a new clearer transfer, the wording was that the "black & and white was sparkling." It has also a new colorized version with the latest digital colorization, it also said the "hues look better than ever." The sound is "beefier" yet not THX certified. Some interviews, documentaries, I look forward to seeing it.

just found out my dad has bad esophageal cancer...
Not sure if it is spread yet but they're going immediately to try and determine.

Oh no! Praying it was caught very early & a full recovery is ahead!!!

It's going to be partly sunny today with a high of 61 degrees. I'm going to go for a walk later this afternoon, the weather should be perfect.
I don't have too much going on today. I have to run to the pet store for a few things then back home to get started on my daily chores. I also need to finish planning my daughters graduation party!
