I forgot to ask Xmas to share how the turkey worked out in this recipe, Snowflake, so thanks for asking him that! I think I will try it with ground pork and maybe even ground Italian sausage! I have a good feeling about this recipe! I will let y'all know how it turns out.

You are right, Snowflake, about dinner sounding amazing. Night before last, I fixed teriyaki chicken over rice. We bought the packaged Hawaiian chicken at Costco, and I also bought frozen boneless Asian chicken thighs from Wal-Mart. I cut up the Costco chicken into bite-size pieces and I left the Wal-Mart chicken whole and cooked it with bottled Mandarin sauce from Panda Express. It was so yummy, and the leftovers were good, too.

Dinner sounds amazing!!

Good Morning, MMC!!!!!! It's going to get up near 80 degree's here today. Boo!!!! I want my 60's back!!!! LOL!!! I have all of the windows open right now but I will shut them here soon to hopefully trap the cooler air in and keep the warmer air out. I have some cleaning to do today and then I should run those errands that I didn't get to do yesterday. I may just put them off until tomorrow though and knock them out when I go with mom to the doctor tomorrow. Why waste the gas running out that way twice right? At least that's how I'm going to justify it. LOL!!!! I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

I can tell when summer break starts; I don't have to run around the house trying to make sure everyone is up and getting ready. When I left this morning, everyone else was still in bed. Even Lulu jumped up on the bed in my spot to watch the news with Nancy LOL.

I'm so ready to go to the mountains, I can't tell you. It's been waaay too long!

Big day here in Indy. We should find out here in a half hour or so if our bid to host the Super Bowl in 2018 will be accepted. We have hometown boy Josh Kaufman vying for the win on the Voice tonight and Pacers play the Heat in game 2 of the eastern conference championships downtown tonight. Not to mention all of the celebrations surrounding the Indy 500.

Well Minnesota beat us out for the super bowl thanks to the brand new stadium they are building. Now they just better hope that there isn't a blizzard that keeps everyone from getting to it!!!
