Christmas Countdown - 2014

Time to return to five-day-workweek mode ... post-vacation, post-Fourth blues.

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

I am hopelessly behind on reading posts, so I'm starting new from here. Please let me know if I missed anything important here last week!

THE SMOKY MOUNTAINS WERE WONDERFUL!! the kids and the adults all had a blast. The temps were in the low 50's in the morning, and never got to 80 during the day. We had to wear long sleeves to see the fireworks!

Mgramsey is truly blessed to live there all the time. We even went pretty close to his hometown while were out whitewater rafting, but there were 10 of us trying make the scheduled rafting time. I would've liked to met him for a cuppa coffee. Maybe next trip.

Now I'm trying to catch up on emails, and remembering everything I promised to our customers a couple weeks ago. :wink:

Good Morning, MMC!!!!!!! It's going to be a warm day here with some storms off and on all day long. I have some stuff I should be getting done today but it involves making a mess while doing it. The owners of the apartments are coming around for there yearly smoke detector checks some time over the next 3 days though. So I'm going to put it off until after then so they don't walk in and see my apartment trashed. Instead, I'm just going to work on some stuff here on the computer. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!

Hot hot day here (87F), but soon the temperatures drops
and we are expecting thunder and lightning..

We did take a road trip yeaterday!
It lastet ALL day! We drove 286 miles!!!
(even up till the mountains!)
We also had to take a little ferry...
It was fun! ♥

Good to hear!!!!!

It won't do no good. The problem is we are at the end of the line and when they built these apartments, they put in so many splitters and ran the wires so crazy, that if the signal is just a little bit weak, we lose the channel. I've already got a booster installed and turned all the way up so there isn't anything they can really do unless we can convince the apartment complex to rewire all of the buildings and that isn't going to happen.
