Up and at 'em, now. It's a new week.
A new week which comes with a new count figure and exciting news.

Days to the Season: 304
Days to Christmas Day: 346

And the exciting news is, we are now barely over half a week off from the first Milestone of 2014, the 300-day Season mark.
(I'm excited. These Milestones can be quite stimulating!)

Chilly weather is back and we have started off here at 35 degrees.
Should be nice and into the 60's by this afternoon, however.

I hope you all have a great start to the week!

It was hectic at work yesterday and I am exhausted! After dropping my eldest to school, my little one and I went to the shops. I needed light bulbs but of course ended up with a few more Christmas decorations from the clearance!! I got a large light up snowman silhouette , a couple stockings, a couple hanging wooden signs , a santa stop sign for the garden and some gift tags! Ok I need to stop buying now!!

Speak to you all later, going to put baby for a nap and get some work done.

It had some left, but it all went pretty fast after the two markdowns.There was still 2 shelves left last Friday, but then we were supposed to donate it to charity, what didn't sell by yesterday.

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's cold again, in the 30's, and there was ice on my truck windshield. I ran out the door trying to get the kids to school on time (which is a shame, because we live two blocks away), and noticed too late that I needed a coat. I'm finally warming up with my second cuppa coffee.

I have to attend a county-wide planning session tomorrow night with the other mayors and the county commissioners. They want to arrange regular Town Hall meetings, so citizens can get the full picture on local projects without going to different commission and council meetings. It's a good idea, but that's just another meeting I have to go to. I guess that's politics, too.

Good Morning MMC!!!! Wow what a difference a week can make!!! It was -15 and a winter wonderland last Monday and this morning we are sitting at 46 degree's and it's a muddy mess. Not all of the snow is gone though and it looks like we will get a couple of more inches here on Wednesday. Well my plan for this week is to get back to cleaning and organizing since I didn't get much done last week with everything going on. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

CAH- Hope you get a lot done today!!!! Don't blow away!!! Are you going to watch Idol this year? I kept saying that I wasn't going to but they are dragging me back with the commercials.

I have been meaning to ask you the same thing for the past few weeks!!!

Yes, I will watch it because this year they are not advertising the stupid drama like they did last year. They thought that having the 2 girls fighting would bring up the ratings but boy were they wrong! I refused to turn any of it on until much later when it settled down. It seemed they were not focusing on talent early on and just showing bickering, no thank you!

I like the judges they have this year and they are focusing on talent and people getting along and not all the stupidity!

My opinion only! If people like drama in a singing talent shows, more power to them! I turn on the Real Housewives show to view that stuff. :lol: Just keep it out of the singing competition shows. =)

So with that in mind, Made, let's watch AI together like we have in the past! Seems like a good year for it!

Good morning!
It is going to be sunny today with a high of 48 degrees. We are currently in the upper 30's. I just got back from walking the dogs. The sun feels good and it was nice to not have to bundle up so much.
I didn't get much sleep again last night. I'm really not sure what's going on with Molly. She was restless again last night but there were no other symptoms. I did some research and read that nighttime waking can be common in older dogs. If she keeps it up I guess I will have to bring her in to the vet again. It's always something.
Not too much going on today. I just made a bunch of little meatballs and will start a big pot of Italian meatball soup for dinner. I have to head out in a little bit to run a few errands and then back home to get my chores done.
I hope everyone is well and has a great day!

I don't watch a lot of tv, but I always watch American Idol. I am very excited about the judges this year, especially Harry Connick Jr.
