How do you welcome kids back to school after having a week off because of snow? With free snow cones of course!!!! LOL!!!

I'm always throwing bread out in the back yard for the birds and this little squirrel grabbed a piece and came up the steps to nibble on it. Bentley couldn't take his eyes off him!

How' s it going! Just finished preparing dinner and it's in the oven. The children are driving me nuts! The boys put almost a whole bottle of bubble bath in the tub. Suds and foam everywhere......it took on a life of it's own....like The Blob!! They are lucky it's freezing out otherwise I would have put them out in the garden and use the garden hose on them !!!!

I didn't get as much as I wanted to get done today. Ahhh well tomorrow is another day!

PS HomakinGirl , I also have a bit of a thing for Mr. Connick LOL!

My boys have done that before. cheesy

Reading back over the first posts of the year left me wondering what are some of the goals you all have for the year? Not resolutions, but goals.
I have the goal of getting out of debt. It will take all year, include lots of sacrifice, but will be so worth it.

Starting a new job/career, I really need a change.

Winding down, I am tired after a long day at work, watching "Major League" that movie is such a classic.
Tonight is my last night with my trees up, I am going to miss them for the next 10 months. I have to shut off the outside lights for the final time this season in a few minutes. I have been clinging to them longer than I ever have in the past, but it is time. I have been slowly weening myself off of all Christmas all the time to going back to The Move, The Beatles, and all my other faves with some Christmas mixed in.

I must get ready for bed.
