Good morning everyone!

Happy Labour Day Monday! Strange to hear, isn't it? I hope you've all enjoyed the final last weekend of summer and are prepared for the "ber" months to takeover our lives for the foreseeable future. Fortunately, that is certainly something we've all been looking forward to throughout the year.

To celebrate the final day of "summer," I will be hitting the links with a few very good friends. I haven't golfed all year, but what better time to start than now?! We'll see how awful this round goes. I'm excited to play though!

Well, time to make some breakfast. I have to head out at noon and Kim wants some breakfast.... so do I! Have a great Monday, everyone!

Happy Labor Day everyone! Hope you're enjoying this last weekend of summer 2014! Still cannot believe how fast it went (doesn't it always?).

Today begins the quick dive into Fall! This time next week cooler weather will prevail here, football season will be in full swing, and we'll be on our way to Halloween (and then Thanksgiving and the Holiday Season shortly after!)

Good afternoon, everyone. Happy Labor Day and first day of September. Kind of crappy day weather wise here too, but we're trying to enjoy it the best we can!

I head back to work tonight, after having four nights off and DH works too, so my sister will be coming in a little later to watch the kids for us. I plan on starting to decorate for fall later this afternoon. DH has been napping on and off all morning - they had a fire last night, so he's been pretty tired today.

Hope you all enjoy your holiday and what ever you all have planned. Prayers for you all, your families, and furbabies! Keep smiling!

Happy September!!! Jude goes back to school tomorrow (1st grade!!!! He was a teeny baby when I joined here!!) so he and I went to Michael's alone today. I love being overwhelmed with fall decor! And they had about 2 aisles of Christmas stuff out. Just heavenly!!

Enjoy your Labor Day, U.S. friends! I'm enjoying reading about your plans.

It may be September here, but Mother Nature didn't get the memo. It's supposed to be hot and sticky this week (after the cool, comfortable August we had). Yesterday evening I was startled when I was watching TV and the screen was taken over by a tornado warning. Mr. was a few towns over visiting his mother, so I made ready to dash into the basement at the first sign, but nothing happened, thank goodness, just a little rain.

Mr. is on call for his office today (bummer!), so we'll just stay in and have some sandwiches later for lunch. Tomorrow will be back to work---it's usually busy between Labor Day and the holidays, so it'll be heads down and back to the grind. It makes the holidays even sweeter when they come around.

Hope MR doesn't have to work and that you guys can enjoy your day!!!!
