Good Morning, Defenders of Christmas.

But please don't get defensive over the following:
Days to the Season: 60
Days to Christmas Day: 102

And certainly don't panic over the fact that as of the DAY AFTER TOMORROW, we will reach the 100-day Christmas Day Milestone and begin a double-double digit count sequence.
(OK. Maybe panic just a little.)


Warm yesterday but certainly not hot, and we only had a morning sprinkle.
Should be dry and nice today before the rain returns for Monday.
Currently, we show 63 crisp degrees here in central NC.


Have a Super Sunday, Friends, and enjoy a fine afternoon of pro football!

What are your plans?

My sister & I plan to do some shopping, and go out to lunch. Then, come home & have fun with Harlowe. It's going to be a beautiful day, so we will take her for a nice long walk.

the brrrrr's are definitely here! It was 2c (35f) over night.
Off to church in a bit and then not much going on today.

Incredible that we are almost 100 days away from Christmas!! So exciting. Was checking out my Christmas box and I am accumulating a fair amount of gifts already and other needed items for sharing baked goodies. Saving up stamps for the Christmas card exchange. Already have enough cards for the next 2 years thanks to a mystery Santa who left a bag full in my van one day.

We've had Dish for several years, and we're used to it, but I don't know that they're any better than Comcast. One big problem with satellite TV; when the storm clouds roll in, the signal gets blocked. That's when you want to see the local news!

Aside from that, no problems. Good luck!

Lucky you! The only chill I get these days is if I spend some time in the walk-in cooler at Bernie's store! cheesy

Good morning!
My daughter is leaving soon to head back to school. I don't know if this visit helped her or made things worse. She doesn't want to go back. I will not be surprised if she tells me she wants to transfer to a local school after this semester. We'll see what happens. I'll support whatever she decides to do. I just want her to be happy.
No big plans for today. My oldest has off so she's going to keep me company, I have a few errands to run and I'll probably grab some lunch with her. Then back home to make baked ziti for dinner.
I've got to run, I hope everyone has a nice day!

Good Morning, MMC!!!!! It's a chilly morning here in central Indy where we currently stand at 45 degree's. It looks like we will top out around 65 later this afternoon. Perfect!! I actually turned my ceiling fan off for the fast time since april last night. Not to much going on here today. Just going to sit around and watch football and racing. Might even work a nap in there at some point. We will see how I feel later. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!
