Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

My mother-in-law is improving a bit, so things are slowing down and I'm back at work. I was in the hospital with Nancy 4 hours Thursday, 12 hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Those evening showers at home felt wonderful LOL!

We still haven't ordered any Christmas gifts or even put up any decorations. All this regular busy-ness, then an unexpected hospitalization, and now we only have 3 weeks to do it all. Whew!

Another fine Monday....and it's decorated in the office! All but one of our patients cancelled for today. I guess they want to go shopping. Well, at least they must feel good.

Merry Monday all!

Hope you all had a very nice weekend. Ours was very good even though our weather is terrible at the moment.

Prayers and thoughts with all going through a hard time as well as for all fur babies who are not well.

I am behind with Christmas prep - need I say more!

How did this happen? I spend the entire year counting down to it LOL !!!!

Good morning MMC! Happy Monday! I tried to get caught up this morning but it doesn't look very promising. Too many things going on at work today. I hope I didn't miss too much & all is well with all of you!

We had a great time in Brown County ~ despite the pouring down torrential rain!! Time went so fast. Cute little shops, all Christmassy town. We loved it. Our cottage was cute & cozy. Good time!

The division our high school team plays in, is called "The MAC" (Midwest Athletic Conference) ~ our school, as well as 2 other schools from the MAC won state over the weekend - obviously in different divisions! Pretty exciting!! My hubby went to the game ~ it was a blow out, & it was freezing & pouring, but they all said it was a good time. :lol: Lots of parties going on after everyone got back from Columbus. That was our schools 4th straight state title in football ~ so the seniors this year have won state all 4 years - crazy! How exciting for them.

Yesterday we had a Christmas party for lunch with Jims Moms side of the family. Then I left to go to a John Denver tribute Christmas show with my Mom/sisters - it was pretty good. We went out to eat Mexican after (the boys met us there) And there went another weekend. Christmas is coming WAY. Too. Fast!!!

I don't know what says more about this side of town anymore. The fact that I couldn't find a parking space at the unemployment office this morning or the fact that the probation offices are on the other side of the building and there was no parking spaces there either.

Well, over the weekend I checked into getting satellite internet out here. After reading the fine print and adding up the costs from activation to renting the equipment every month, and taking into account the 2-year commitment and the download limits (it isn't recommended that you stream music/video as you would blow through your data allotment in a matter of hours) I realized it wasn't worth the cost. That was the last option I had of upgrading internet access out here. But, that is okay. I can still take care of business and access part of MMC, so all is good! cheesy

Chilly day here ~ feels like rain. I had plans to spend the day with my cousin, but there is a virus going around town and it seems that half of her family currently have it so I am home instead. Lots of things to do here, as always, so I had best get going.

Oh wow just waking up from a 3 hour nap..and the dreams I am having!! I ususally never dream but the last few weeks almost every dang night a dream. not bad ones, but not really good ones either. I am always in high school or college age and in some of them my dearly dearly departed loved ones are always in them and we are always in a familiar place back then ie their home, my old school. The worst part is I have read that when you dream about a specific time period over and over and you are never past a certain age in the dream, It means you are that age emotionally still, and you have never gotten past it. So whatever I guess I am emotionally 20 years old. great.

I hope everyone is having a great day even if it is Monday, I hope everyone is well too as I know the Flu bug is sweeping through Utah and most states bad now! have a great rest of your Monday and I will get up and get ready for my night shift! ttyl!
