Happy Milestone Day, MMC!!!!!! It's a chilly day here with a high of 25 degree's this afternoon. We might see a few inches of snow tonight butt he big worry is still the storm on Sunday. Everyone is still predicting 6 to 10 inches of snow but some of the new models are coming in even heavier. Hopefully they are wrong!!! I'm trying to get ahead on some chores today and then I need to run to the grocery store. I'm sure it will be stupid busy tonight, so I may wait until tomorrow to do it. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!

Praying it's not too extreme on Sunday :/

Good evening everyone and happy Friday too! I am kinda ashamed I abandoned the forum lately but the past couple of weeks were crazy at the uni! Fortunately, my two major assessments have been already submitted (I feel that scientific article went better than I had expected but I will see what grade I will get) and although I still have three more assignments to do, I expect things to go a little easier so I should be able to come here more often.
Anyway, I hope you all are doing great. I can't believe that it is first day of calender spring tomorrow! I am looking forward to spring for the reason I don't know. ^^

Good evening, everyone! I just wanted to say hi quick, as I got caught up on some of the posts, but will get caught up on the rest here later tonight.

The kids and I are headed out to dinner with my parents, sister, and nice and nephew. DH is working, so it's time out with them. Once I the kids home, we're going to sit in front of the fire, make some popcorn, drink hot chocolate, and watch a movie! We're planning a sleep over tonight too!

I'm out shopping for a camping chair. I'm pretty short and very fussy. I have plonked my butt into so many seats for the last 2 months that Mr is getting annoyed with me. Some I like but I don't like them enough to spend $100.

Hope you found a comfy one for a reasonable price!!

They're gluten free too, I can eat them!

LOL!!!!!! No this was after he raised the snow totals from 6 to 10 inches to 9 to 14 inches.

I've given up coffee a few times. I was told it would be very hard and I was really dreading what would happen. The first week or so was rough as there were quite a few headaches and I was grumpy, but after that it was all right. The second time was easier as I knew what to expect. The worry and dread I put myself through before actually giving up coffee probably made it much worse than it would have been had I just chilled. cheesy

I know I could never do it. With me working night shift, it is my saving grace and it is sometimes the only thing that keeps me awake. I did give up caffeine with my first pregnancy and I thought I was going to die. The doctors kept preaching to me and told me I didn't have to do it, that I was doing more harm to myself and making myself more tired, but I was trying to good for the baby, but in the end, I was just hurting myself. I will never, ever give up coffee again!
