Evening all. Mothering Sunday over here so I had a lovely dinner with the folks. Chilling with some tv before bed. Hope everyone's well.

Just popping in quickly before going down to the Lodge for installation of officers. The computer problems are not resolved, but we are getting close. We had to have the phone disconnected while wiring was being done on the remodeling. It is supposed to rain for Monday and Tuesday (80%), so we are being delayed, AGAIN!!! It is quickly getting old cooking without a stove/oven. I hope I can keep a modicum of sanity while we deal with our horrible and weird weather in addition to the computer problems. I can't remember if I told y'all about my credit card/banking problems. With the problems going on with Target, my bank issued everyone new credit cards, TWICE!!! What a pain. I am still dealing with that, especially since all of my bills are automatic charges to my card. I am so exasperated that I could scream! What a mess! I hope to have it all straightened out soon or you will have to visit me in "the home." Speaking of weather, Hubby and I were driving back from Chico on one of the rain days this past week; and Hubby commented on the way the sky looked, saying it looked like a funnel cloud. Of course I poo-pooed that, but when we got home and checked the weather channel, it had been a tornado. We have had three sightings in the past week. Tornadoes are extremely rare in our neck of the woods, believe it or not. Speaking of the computer again (don't you love how I stay on topic?), we had to get help because all of a sudden this past week, I could not print anything from my computer; and I have Elks reports that are coming due. They "fixed it" so that I was able to make the copies I needed on Friday, but the next day, I couldn't print again. More exasperation! I better get off and get dressed for the installation and dinner. I will try to get back on later. TTYL

Sorry you guys have been having so many problems, Seawaters!!! Hope you can get them all straighted out soon!! Praying the weather starts cooperating for you too!!! Hope you are having a great time at the lodge tonight!!!!

I was intrigued also, and I think I might try the one Meceka told us about! I picked up the makings for spaghetti earlier today and saw diced canned tomatoes with garlic and basil and a can of diced tomatoes with fennel, both in a sauce instead of juice! I had never seen those before, so I bought both kinds to try when I make the sauce for the spaghetti. I will let y'all know about those too!

I've tried both kinds of tomatoes ~ really love the fennel one! Both kinds make very good cornbread and tomato muffins.

I saw a robin, two caterpillars and a spider when I went back outside. More signs of spring ~ love it! The ice is still hanging around a good portion of the yard and the middle of the driveway. It is rather funny, one part of the driveway is dry, one part is icy and the other part is rather a muddy mess. Since we can still get in and out, it is all good. cheesy

It is rather funny, one part of the driveway is dry, one part is icy and the other part is rather a muddy mess. Since we can still get in and out, it is all good. cheesy

It is a beautiful place. I've been to Lancaster several times before, but have never visited for the Amish aspect. Maybe I will someday - where I lived before moving to where I lived now, there are some Mennonites, so I've got to see somewhat Amish live like, but not totally.

It was so neat to see the Amish area, in New England we have nothing like that so it was very interesting to see it.

When I was out shopping the other day with my sister and niece's we stopped in a farm store that had baby chicks and turkey's out. My niece's wanted them all. Their mom wouldn't go for it though. LOL!!!

Wayne had told me our electricity went out for about an hour while I was at work. When I got home I could not connect to the internet. After an hour of messing with it my son finally got it going. I was trying to come on here and catch up but that is not happening right now because I have things to do before bed. I read through a few post and unable to reply to any so I will catch up later.

We had a busy day at work selling lots of plants and chicks! It was a great day!

Greetings everyone, I know....I know....it's been a terribly long time since I last wrote.

What can I say, time is just flying by, and it is nine months till you know what! It's been very busy here, and today we are having another snow storm, it's dumped almost 5 inches of snow since this morning!

My car is totally covered AGAIN!!!!! Where's SPRING!!!!!!

All of March has seemed like it's January!!!!!
I do hope all my friends are fine, all is good here, with the exception of a pinch sciatic nerve in the lover back. It's almost like new, but it slowed me down for about 9 days. Still a bit of a pinch but it's almost gone!!!!

Anything new been happening with everyone? I shall respond to the messages I've received, thanks for thinking of me.
