sure is! In just 3 days our temperatures have gone up 46 degrees

Good morning. It's rainy, foggy but a lot warmer than usual, the temperature is supposed to get up to the lower 60's today. I thought I would start the day by making a fire in the fireplace and then just sit back and enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee. Everyone else is still sleeping yet, so i'm going to relax for an hour or so before I start making any noises. Looks like today is going to be a day of inside projects.....

I have decided to re-build another toilet, then I'm going to work I the garage and basement, run a cat 6 cable for my on thru the attic, etc, etc, etc... I'll check back a little later to see how your day is coming along~​

Good Morning MMC!!!! It's a rainy foggy day here too with a high in the mid 40's. Like Star showed in her pictures, the snow is really melting. It's hard to believe that we had 15 inches on the ground just a few days ago and now I can see the grass in some areas. Oh well. There is 2 snowstorms predicted for next week, so that may not last long. Not a whole lot on my agenda for today. I just need to run to the grocery store this morning and I may stop a few other places to see if they have any Christmas stuff left. Then it will be back home to fix some snacks and watch the football games. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

We went to Barnes & Noble last weekend, I bought a couple of books about the Beatles at half off.

Oh nice! I saw a table there full of Beatles books and wanted them all! =)

I saw that deal on one of my emails, we went to a Yankee Candle store and also saw 50% off on seasonal scented candles. We almost bought some but were worried how well the scent would last being packed away for nearly a year.
I have also discovered "White Christmas" is one of my new favorite scents. cheesy

When I bought some candles at Bath and Body Works yesterday I asked about storing holiday scented candles to use for next year. The lady working there said they will store just fine if you make sure they are tightly sealed and stored in a cool, dry place. I went a step further and wrapped the candles in plastic airtight bags. I sure hope it works! Last year I was ready for pumpkin scented candles in late August but they were nowhere to be found. I now have a few stored away and ready to get out when I want them out! =)

Anyone seen Before Midnight? Seen the other two, first one was good, really good! Might swing past the Cinema for some REAL popcorn and grab a copy of that!

I have thought about going by the cinema to pick up popcorn to take home and never done it. I love theater popcorn! Yummo!

And as the observant might note, we are now under a week away from the grand opening of the 300-day
Window to the Season and the start of a 200's-level count.
(Time sure seems to pass quickly here at MMC, doesn't it?)

After I enjoy some warm weather here today, almost 70 degrees, I will come up there to wash dishes so I can enjoy the snow! =)

The high today will be 68 degrees and sunny then up to 75 tomorrow! It will be a nice warm week. I will be tired of it by the end of the week and ready for the cold again. I need some snow! I am going to enjoy the warmth for now!

Good morning!
I mentioned earlier that we already have temperatures in the 40's this morning. It will be a mild day with a high of 52, but we are expecting lots and lots of rain. I have food shopping to do so I think I'm going to finish my cup of coffee and head out to get it over with. Hopefully I'll be back before the heavy rain starts. I really don't feel like going but I have nothing in the house!
I have been up since 4:00, I'm sure I'm going to need a nap later. My daughter is already annoyed with these early shifts, lol. She has to do it again tomorrow. I'm hoping they switch the shifts up next week and have her go in later. We'll see what happens.

We r going to the 2nd birthday of our friend´s daughter.....no beer...they are muslims.... (the is because of no beer....not because they muslims....lol)....still this party will be lots of fun, we will be dancing with the kids to some African tunes and have some nice Rice and chicken dish from Guinea

Rainy yesterday but warmer as the memory of 9 degrees begins to fade -- at least unti the next cold spell.
We are at 61 damp degrees here right now with more rain in the forecast.

Good Morning, friends!!

I stayed up late last night, and slept in today! Haven't done that in ages, it was pretty nice.

Just put the coffee on, and started up the fireplace.
When I first got up a couple hours ago, I took Harlowe for a long walk. It is so nice out! Flurries and 32 degrees. It looks like a winter wonderland here again :wink:

Looking forward to a day of relaxation, a little work around the house, some movies, and more walk with Harlowe.
