Thank you!

Yep, tablecloth started at $17, so I lucked out & got a great deal. I hadn't entertained for that many people at Christmas before, and I didn't have anything nice to put on my table along w/ the centerpiece. But, I will for next year!

That's great, it is very pretty!

Good evening,

It was a very busy day at work, I am beat.
The Bruins game starts in 30+minutes, I will probably be the only person around here watching it, but like I said, football is over for me as soon as the Bengals are done. I just hope the Pats lose so I can hear the fans whining and crying on the radio. I know, how mean. cheesy

I am gonna do some relaxing.

If I don't pop in again...

Good night, everyone.

I hope you enjoyed the game and had a good night!

I was busy most of the day making dinner for tonight and snacks for tomorrow. I put on chili beans in the crockpot--pintos, onions, Emeril's original seasoning, garlic in olive oil, corn, Italian diced tomatoes (in garlic, basil, and oregano), onion, and ground chuck. We had grated cheese, la crema, and green onions for topping. I also made guacamole, Swiss cheese ball, and cheddar cheese ball. So tomorrow, we will be set to enjoy the ball games. Right now, we are watching the Colts vs. New England. Go Colts!!!

Mark will be able to fly the Lear over here for whoever wants to come enjoy the snacks. We need some wine, more chips, and some desserts (to go along with Stars beautiful cupcakes)!

We have an Elks meeting tomorrow morning, so Hubby and I are getting up early to drive to Chico and have breakfast before the meeting. We will probably stay at the Chico Elks Lodge afterwards and enjoy hotdogs and snacks while one of the ball games is on. Then we will rush home to catch the night game and enjoy our own snacks.

zttyt.

All of your food sounds yummy!
I would love to join you for snacks!
I hope you enjoy the Elks meeting!

Hey all! Hope this finds you doing good! It's the same ol' same old here. Been a pretty uneventful weekend, other than the fact that we had severe issue with a roof in our gym WHILE a game was going on. I was sitting at home (it wasn't my night for duty) when my assistant called and said we had a leak in the gym. I told him to put a bucket under it and I would check it in the morning. When he said that he didn't have that many buckets, I knew there was a small problem.

Today, we just hung out and was a little lazy. I cleaned up Dr. Wifey's car and the house and cooked supper. Tomorrow, I will work most of the day.

Made, tough loss.

See y'all in the morning.

I hope the leak is fixed soon! Enjoy the rest of your weekend ballcoach!

Merry Morning!! Hope you all had a great Saturday and good night 's sleep. I am about to go into work and really feel downhearted about it. I just feel like being home today with my family. ahhh well I know it will go fast.

Enjoy your Sunday everyone. Speak to you all tomorrow!

xxx

Sending hugs your way Festive, I hope the day goes by fast!

Good morning!
My daughter left for work a half an hour ago. It's still so early, I'm thinking about going back to bed for a little while. Not sure if I will be able to fall asleep though. I already had two cups of coffee this morning.
Molly had me up most of the night. She is having some tummy troubles and was very restless. Hopefully she will feel better today.
Not too much going on for me today. I have a list of things that I need from Target. I don't usually like to go there on a Sunday but maybe if I go early enough it wont be so crowded. The girls are working so they will all be coming and going. And my husband will be working on the house. I think I will call my parents later and go visit them, it will get me out of the house for a while.
I hope everyone is well and has a very happy Sunday!

Good Morning

Good Morning, Everyone.

Welcome to "Your Weekend Part ll".

Will it be as good as Part l?
Only time will tell.

But here's a good start:
Days to the Season: 305
Days to Christmas Day: 347

Wow. A scant five days away from our first Milestone, the 300-day Season Window and the first of our 200's-level count numbers.
(Hey! That started off the second half of my weekend great!)

Rainy again yesterday but nicely warm.
Almost too warm in fact as Wake county was briefly under a tornado warning.
Should be calmer today.
We have started off at 44 degrees here.

Have a Super Sunday, Friends!

Our power went out for about an hour and a half, so we turned on the camp lantern and got out the old-time radio---one episode of Fibber McGee and Molly, and a Johnny Dollar serial. Not what we planned for the evening, but fun!
we get out board games and the wind up radio at those times. I have not listened to Fibber McGee for a long time! my favorite stories come from the Vinyl Cafe with Stuart McLean. Have it on pod cast on my phone too.
Glad your power was not off to long.
