Good evening!
I am getting very sleepy already and I have to wake up early again. I'm going to lay down and rest while the girls are out. My husband just turned his music up which means he's getting ready to do some work in the house. I hope it won't be too noisy. He was too busy today to go out to dinner so I just got pizza with the girls. It's just as well that I was home, Molly wasn't feeling well tonight (I'll spare you the details) and I'm glad I could keep an eye on her. She seems ok now, she's already starting to doze off with Maggie. I'm about to join them! I hope everyone had a happy Saturday!

I was busy most of the day making dinner for tonight and snacks for tomorrow. I put on chili beans in the crockpot--pintos, onions, Emeril's original seasoning, garlic in olive oil, corn, Italian diced tomatoes (in garlic, basil, and oregano), onion, and ground chuck. We had grated cheese, la crema, and green onions for topping. I also made guacamole, Swiss cheese ball, and cheddar cheese ball. So tomorrow, we will be set to enjoy the ball games. Right now, we are watching the Colts vs. New England. Go Colts!!!

Mark will be able to fly the Lear over here for whoever wants to come enjoy the snacks. We need some wine, more chips, and some desserts (to go along with Stars beautiful cupcakes)!

We have an Elks meeting tomorrow morning, so Hubby and I are getting up early to drive to Chico and have breakfast before the meeting. We will probably stay at the Chico Elks Lodge afterwards and enjoy hotdogs and snacks while one of the ball games is on. Then we will rush home to catch the night game and enjoy our own snacks.

Good morning all!!

Hope you all had a great Saturday and your Sunday is even better. :-D

We made Fort Worth, TX at 1:30am. We were going to go on the rest of the way, but I drove all day Friday and most of Saturday, Bud took over around 10pm last night when I started getting tired and gas station coffee wasn't getting the job done. Found out there were no more hotels on the highway we'll be on for 2 hours past Fort Worth so thought it smarter to stop here and head out early. So off we go again. Bud is doing much better!

HMG is Molly any better?

Ballcoach, hope the leak is easily repairable.

Crown, thanks for the morning update. I appreciate that you faithfully take the time to post this everymorning. I really look forward to it. LOL Your posts have become past of my morning routine. It's like the Today show or Goodmorning America, but better. LOL

Just two more days left with my trees, I am starting to dread the house being without my decorations, but it is the middle of January. I will still have my Santas in my room, and now I need more shelves for all the newbies I have gotten the last new months.



I may pop in throughout the night.

Good Sunday morning, my Christmas friends!

We're back from church, and getting ready to take Elizabeth to meet her fellow ballet students. They are taking a chartered bus to Savannah this afternoon to see a ballet at the Civic Center. She's is so looking forward to this!

Jacob and I got soaked working on signs yesterday afternoon. It stormed while we were outside. I figured it would probably stay all afternoon, so we just stood out in it to finish the job. As soon as we got back in the truck...the rain stopped. LOL

I drove home, took a hot shower, and put my PJ's on...at 5PM. Whew!

I forgot to tell you all this funny story about LC the other day.

He has had a student teacher from the high school since the beginning of the year, he has had a little crush on her and wouldn't do certain assignments while she was there because he was too embarrassed.

It was her last day on Friday, and LC was sad that she was leaving.

He (my 5 year old) asked her for her phone number, and she gave it to him!!! He was so proud of himself.

He is our little casanova!!!!

She gave it to him to give to us for babysitting, her mother called my wife. My wife use to be her teacher a few years ago
