He has had a student teacher from the high school since the beginning of the year, he has had a little crush on her and wouldn't do certain assignments while she was there because he was too embarrassed.



It was her last day on Friday, and LC was sad that she was leaving.



He (my 5 year old) asked her for her phone number, and she gave it to him!!! He was so proud of himself.



He is our little casanova!!!!



She gave it to him to give to us for babysitting, her mother called my wife. My wife use to be her teacher a few years ago

I forgot to tell you, we had the coolest nutcracker at work- made me think of LC. It was beautifully crafted, and actually played Christmas music (music box). It was on clearance for $12.99, and he was good-sized!

When I bought some candles at Bath and Body Works yesterday I asked about storing holiday scented candles to use for next year. The lady working there said they will store just fine if you make sure they are tightly sealed and stored in a cool, dry place. I went a step further and wrapped the candles in plastic airtight bags. I sure hope it works! Last year I was ready for pumpkin scented candles in late August but they were nowhere to be found. I now have a few stored away and ready to get out when I want them out! =)


I have thought about going by the cinema to pick up popcorn to take home and never done it. I love theater popcorn! Yummo!

The movie was good, got Before Midnight. Recommended!

Well it's Monday here and I'm back at work. Pretty flat out like most Mondays. Have a meeting later too.

Good pickup on the ornaments Snowflake, very nice!

Down the main street towards my work place, when I remembered to count, in 8 block stretch, there were 9 homes with lights still on and one business. I did not take pictures because it is a main road and to much traffic to do so. But it looked nice!

Elizabeth had a great time at the ballet, and she loved spending time with the other girls in a setting other than strictly dancing. They were all dressed up.

I have to say, as a father, I'm not at all happy with the fact that she's growing into a beautiful young lady. She suddenly looks very grown. I'm afraid it'll soon be time to start cleaning my shotguns on the front porch.

He would have loved that nutcracker, he had me tuck him in with his large nutcracker when he went to bed last night.
