Seriously, you should have a doctor look at that. The nail could have introduced an infection. Hopefully the bleeding "washed it out" well.

Ouch! Have you had a tetanus shot recently?

I had a tetanus shot a couple of years ago, and I went in the shower and washed it out pretty good last night, I found something else out, Head and shoulders really burns on an open wound :x....It's a little red this morning, swelled up a bit, but it's more sore than anything else... I'll give it the alcohol swab latter on and then it should be good to go... :mrgreen:

Good Tuesday morning everyone. We continue to have great weather here with single digit lows tonight and more snow. Looks like snowcream for supper.

A National Park service truck was going too fast around a curve on an icy road and hit us Saturday. Our car is a total loss. He hit us right on the drivers side door. The side airbags deployed. I'm bruised up but the rest of the family is ok. I hate car shopping but we will have to find another one soon.

Thanks, Buddy!!! I slept really good for 3 hours until my sister called and woke me up. Then my other sister called. Then Bill called. So I gave up and got up.

Not a whole lot happening here today. We might be heading for a little snow and a cold snap but it is hard to predict the weather.....it is never right so we will see.

Good morning all. Another busy day, as the governor is coming to our office for a lunch meeting. Not looking forward to it. The only elected official I want to hang out with today is MMC's own mayor, the honorable Bradmac!

We have a few Deer mice living in the attic, It's pretty typical for them to come inside during the winter months, well, last night, I decided to set a few mouse traps in the attic. Did great, didn't set anyone of them off on my fingers or anything, well, I set the last one, tried to get up back off the floor from lying on my belly, and I misjudged the distance from the roof and my head and bam; I skewered my head on a nail point; OUCH!!!!!:-(

I shook it off and went downstairs, sat on the couch, Lisa was on the phone and when she walked by she looked at me and shouted "what did you do to your head?", you have to know me when I sheepishly say, "Hit it, why?" "Well your bleeding, bad"....

I couldn't get that thing to stop bleeding for the longest while and this morning, I have this knot on my head and that thing is really sore.... Didn't hurt much last night, but today, oh man, I have a headache. I guess that's really using my head; LOL!

Ouch!!! Hope it heals up soon for you!!!!

Good Afternoon, MMC!!!!! We are warming back up in central Indy after getting down to -12 overnight out here in the country. We are back up to 4 degree's now though and it looks like we will only get down to -2 tonight. Not much on my agenda for today. Already did my chores around the house and now I think I will put some Christmas music on and make some chocolate chip cookies. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!

Xmas, last week I received some junk mail about getting a loan or grant for a start up business. I am not sure how much it was for because I really didn't read it at all. I thought of you and had asked how much you might need--I think the "ad" was for $15,000 (but like I said, not totally sure). You could do a search for grants and/or loans for new businesses. HTH

Oh my goodness I haven't had any time to myself. No time to read any posts, I'm just sneaking on quick to say hello. My youngest still has mid year exams and has been in and out for that. My oldest is home sick again and my middle one quit her job at Aldi and is driving me crazy. I need her to find another job asap, before her father finds out. Grrrr!

The Lear is at your disposal. Fly on out! I am still sore after the fall, but I am on the mend. I am keeping my eye on my knee. It has become really red and is warm to the touch.

And yes, dinner at Taco Bell was so good! I find myself craving it a lot!

How do you do that? Do you lift your leg up to your eye, or sit down and put your eye down on your knee? cheesy

I love me some Taco Bell, cheap and you get a lot of food.
Taco Bell was my wife's major craving when she was pregnant with JP, with LC it was Ben & Jerry's ice cream.
