I am up late, I had to get caught up on 32+ pages of posts. WOW!!!!

Inventory went very smoothly.

I have the next 2 days off, I am planning to take down the rest of the Christmas stuff tomorrow.

Just listening to some Beatles before I head to bed.

It won't be long before we'll all be there with snow."

Yes, Folks. Snow is predicted to begin falling here early this afternoon and into the night with accumulations of up to 6".
If so, it will be the largest snowfall here in quite some time.
Supposed to be cold, too. It's 29 degrees here right now but predicted to go down to 18 tonight and 12 tomorrow night.
BRRRRR!!!

Gee! I'm shivering already.
But here's something to warm up even the coldest soul:

Not a whole lot happening here today. We might be heading for a little snow and a cold snap but it is hard to predict the weather.....it is never right so we will see.

I am in search of a new book to read. I am in the mood for a good thriller/mystery. If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it

Good Tuesday morning everyone. We continue to have great weather here with single digit lows tonight and more snow. Looks like snowcream for supper.

A National Park service truck was going too fast around a curve on an icy road and hit us Saturday. Our car is a total loss. He hit us right on the drivers side door. The side airbags deployed. I'm bruised up but the rest of the family is ok. I hate car shopping but we will have to find another one soon.

How scary, mgramsey! I'm sorry to hear about your car, but that can be replaceable! I'm so glad to hear you're all okay. Hope you're feeling 100% soon. Praying for you. Good luck with the car shopping.

Good morning all. Another busy day, as the governor is coming to our office for a lunch meeting. Not looking forward to it. The only elected official I want to hang out with today is MMC's own mayor, the honorable Bradmac!

:!!Good Tuesday morning (Better than a Monday morning; huh?)!!

We have a few Deer mice living in the attic, It's pretty typical for them to come inside during the winter months, well, last night, I decided to set a few mouse traps in the attic. Did great, didn't set anyone of them off on my fingers or anything, well, I set the last one, tried to get up back off the floor from lying on my belly, and I misjudged the distance from the roof and my head and bam; I skewered my head on a nail point; OUCH!!!!!:-(

I shook it off and went downstairs, sat on the couch, Lisa was on the phone and when she walked by she looked at me and shouted "what did you do to your head?", you have to know me when I sheepishly say, "Hit it, why?" "Well your bleeding, bad"....

I couldn't get that thing to stop bleeding for the longest while and this morning, I have this knot on my head and that thing is really sore.... Didn't hurt much last night, but today, oh man, I have a headache. I guess that's really using my head; LOL!:nice:

Ouch! Hope it heals soon and you feel better soon!

We were going to have Bradmac come to the grand opening of ourstore but we had a terrible ice storm so he could not make it. :-(

ouch, that sounds rather painful! So after all that, did you catch any mice?
Be careful, you could have a mild concussion, I got one from a knock on the head, it does not take much sometimes. Get checked out if it does not get better soon.

Good Afternoon, MMC!!!!! We are warming back up in central Indy after getting down to -12 overnight out here in the country. We are back up to 4 degree's now though and it looks like we will only get down to -2 tonight. Not much on my agenda for today. Already did my chores around the house and now I think I will put some Christmas music on and make some chocolate chip cookies. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!

mmmm fresh cookies, can I come over for dessert? I will bring the icecream and we can make icecream sandwiches.

Oh my goodness I haven't had any time to myself. No time to read any posts, I'm just sneaking on quick to say hello. My youngest still has mid year exams and has been in and out for that. My oldest is home sick again and my middle one quit her job at Aldi and is driving me crazy. I need her to find another job asap, before her father finds out. Grrrr!
I hope everyone is well.
I'll catch up when I can, I'm praying for some down time soon. I need it!
