I think I heard the icecream man, it was muffled and distant, I think he is still buried in the snow somewhere.

back from work again, very busy evening shift at Subway. Boss there wants me back full time, I said no thankyou. It is just too much for me, I cannot keep up that kind of pace every day. Besides, I love working at the grocery store, much easier on me physically plus I get benefits there. Working these two places is perfect for me right now. I can work where I like and two days a week work where I get a workout!

Hubby was out there last night & replaced the water hook-up to our trailer. It was leaking bad last year. The marina owner should really take care of that, but he wasn't doing it, so anyway - it's done now! : -)

Not much up for today except working & watching it rain. Good thing I got a 5 3/4 mile walk in last night cuz it doesn't look like I'll be going outside to walk today! : -( And so much for grilling out tonight! I'll have to come up with something for supper. Hmmmm

This morning was test "How much do you really like having a puppy in the spring?" - it was miserable taking both dogs out - everyone & every dog was SOAKED! Lol! And speaking of dogs...here's MORE pictures of Gracie after her grooming.

Groomer said she had to take more off her face than she wanted b/c Gracie jerked when a dog barked. I really didn't want that much taken off her face, but it's ok! She just looks so different to me! I think she was mad at me last night cuz I kept laughing at her! Lol! Poor girl!

I just picked up my eldest from school and now they are both watching Despicable Me 2. I think he is in holiday mode because school breaks up tomorrow for spring break. They get two weeks and I get two weeks break form doing the school run yaay

Where are you meeting?

My sister & I are celebrating our birthdays- mine late, and hers early. I told her she could pick the place, and she chose an old fashioned drive-in root beer stand. But, we will be eating inside!! She always brings home a jug of root beer for her & my niece. We used to stop there as kids, on our way up north for vacation each summer. So, it brings back a lot of great memories. And the food is so good! They even still have the phones at each booth to call & order from =] Nostalgic!

I'm looking forward to going on Sunday, we are long overdue for a visit. We met on our first day of high school and have kept in touch all these years. We will be meeting in the middle as well, at an Applebee's. I can only go to places that can offer something gluten free and I know I'll have a couple of things to choose from there. The drive in that you're going to sounds wonderful, I would just love an old fashioned place like that. An early Happy Birthday to your sister, have fun celebrating!
I feel good, I'm all better now. Thank you for asking! Maggie's cough has unfortunately flared up over the past couple of days. The poor thing. I spoke with her doctor last night and I have increased one of her medicines, hopefully that will help. It's incredibly frustrating!

David Letterman is retiring in 2015 so this year will probably be Darlene Love's last time performing on the Late Show.

It was another great day at my new job! I am loving it. Like any new job, it can be overwhelming at times, but I am so excited about being there- it's refreshing!! Dr. Tim is wonderful, and so are the patients! And he's already helping me with my back and neck issues, too.

We are having freezing rain again, it's pretty nasty out there. The winds have picked up, too. They have reduced the accumulation to 6-8 inches, but have added more freezing rain & whiteout conditions for the commute. I better leave extra early.

Do any of you have any special weekend plans?

I plan to meet my sister for lunch, and to catch up. Hopefully the weather doesn't ruin that. We meet halfway in between us, so it is a bit of a drive. Sometimes the plows don't hit the two lane highways very quickly..

Better go fold some work clothes so I have some for tomorrow!
