Glad to hear you've enjoyed yourself and have been able to spend some of that money! We're finishing our basement right now and have thoughts of trips planned over the spring/summer, so that is why I like all the extra money. It's nice when the money rolls in, that we weren't planning on.

Poor Lisa...5 days in a row is enough for me, especially if I am working my weekends. It does get demanding. Good luck with your new project!

Oh yea, she's a little ticked at the moment. They just changed everyone's schedule there, without no notice and now they all have to do a manditory; "every 3rd weekend"! Oh boy, I got one PO'd wife on my hands rights now~:-?

Productive day off today, I should have probably rested more because back in I go to work for my later shift tomorrow.
I made my usual jaunt to Goodwill today, I picked up a Johnny Mathis Christmas CD, with all of my Christmas CD's I never picked up his along the way. I, of course, had to listen to it on the way home. What is it about really good Christmas music that really makes me relax like no other music can.
I also picked up the Easter basket goodies for the boys, just a couple more things to get.

I hope you all enjoyed your Tuesday.

Forgot to mention---my Christmas cactus is beginning to bud again! Looks like it's going to give us a springtime show of blossoms! I was talking with Mr. about repotting it and trimming it back a little, but now I should wait until it's done blooming. Mr. says it heard us talking and is trying to postpone the repotting. I'm so nervous about messing with it that when the time comes, I will probably start a few cuttings at the same time just in case I harm the plant. Maybe I'll start a few in one big bowl and see what happens.

How exciting to see the buds on the cactus! Good luck with repotting and the new cuttings!

LOL !! LOL !!

Oh yea!! Believe me when I tell you this, but even with the temperatures up in the 70's this past weekend, I was going around the house, looking and thinking of ways that I could get the lights up on the house and also trying to figure out to where things would look right.

Just the other night, Lisa and I were talking, and in the conversation, she told me that she had been wondering where would be a good idea to set the tree up in the house this coming Christmas. I said I don't really know, then I said this, (what got me a look that you would have thought that I had antlers growing out of my head), I suggested that we get the tree out now and set it up, sort of like a dry run for Christmas and then we can move it around to where it looks the best..... Well, I thought it was a good idea; LOL!!!!

Hi Xmastidings, I hope work has slowed down a little for you now and you are catching up on some rest and relaxation. It will be so exciting to decorate your new house for Christmas, I bet you all can't wait! Hope the family is all well!

Jonny Mathis is one of my favourites, his voice is so Christmassy! Have fun preparing the boys Easter basket. I bet they are so excited. I love getting things ready for my two. Hope work goes quickly for you today!

Last night I had the weirdest dream! I dreamt that I was at the Pines. It felt so real! It was a wooded area with log cabins , a lake and I was walking around with snowflake. We were looking for the rest of you............
