Paul's front row tickets at face value are 2000 bucks and that includes soundcheck which would be a dream of mine because only a small group of people are allowed in for that. Rows 2 - 5 (I think 5th row) are 1500 bucks at face value - includes soundcheck as well. No one can scalp those tickets, thank goodness! You must show valid id along with those tickets to get in. They sell out too!

We actually scored tickets right next to the stage on the right side. We were just as close as front row but to the side of course and no soundcheck. Those were high priced but not near as high as rows 1-5! Scalpers were selling that row we were in and several rows higher than us for over 1000 bucks a piece! Insane! We paid face value - it was a splurge for us but worth every penny! We are not raising little kids anymore so time to have fun! =) You will get close tickets for Luke one day!!!

I took this picture from my seat. You can see 1st row where the security is standing, we are actually a little ahead of 1st row! The first two times I saw him it was nosebleed seats.

That is so awesome! I am sure you guys enjoyed it so much! You know what is so funny though - anytime we take our kids some where - I always try to get the best seats for them, no matter what it costs. Just goes to show what we will do for our kids and what they mean to us!

Good afternoon! What a beautiful day!

My sister sent the ham recipe this morning, so I wanted to send it on for those of you who were asking:

Bone in Ham Butt (I used a 9 or 10 # ham)
1# brown sugar
1 onion coarsely chopped

Place ham in oven bag (like you'd cook a turkey in). Throw in the brown sugar and onion. Tie bag closed and cut small slit in top of bag. Place in pan on lowest rack. Cook at 325 degrees 30 minutes per pound. Turn off oven and let set overnight (or 7 to 8 hours). Remove bone and shred ham.
Enjoy!

I hope you're all having a wonderful weekend!

Sounds amazing! Thanks for the recipe, Holiday!

Hope this finds all doing great! Stopped by yesterday, but it was just for a bit. We had some stuff to do yesterday, but it was a pretty cool day. Ended up with me on a lawnmower, so it was good stuff. Plus, it had a bit of Christmas in it! We scheduled our Christmas card picture appointment.

Woot, woot!

Today, it's in-law Easter day! WE are going together and eat. Kinda excited...baby's first Easter!

Yall have a good day!

All very exciting...Christmas cards and baby's first Easter! Enjoy it all!

been doing a bbq for my dad´s bbq on Friday.....unfortunately without my daddy.......I had to drive him to the Hospital in the morning.......he has COPD....is doing very well.....but he developed pneumonia and is in hospital at the moment.....he is already feeling much, much better tho.....he said we should still do the bbq cos he bought all the meat and sausages....and he didnt want it to go wasted.....so we celebrated a b-day without the bday kid

Hope you're dad is doing better now. Happy Belated Birthday to him.

Hope your daughter's appointment goes well, and that you all have an awesome day! Stay warm!!

xx

Thank you so much xx

Time is going by fast this morning. It will at work too with the Easter weekend coming up. Expecting it to be very busy today and tomorrow and absolutely crazy on Saturday.
Store is closed on Friday and Sunday and everyone seems to go nuts when the store closes for even one day.
So I am off to plunge into the fun and work until 5 today.
Enjoy your day everyone

I hope you have a great day Star!!!

I think it's time to make all those appointments on the same day. But that can get costly to do all at once! =)

I wish I could, it's way too expensive. We have to space the appointments out!

Good Morning, MMC!!!! It's going to be a little bit warmer today with a high in the 50's. It should be nice and sunny too. Not to much going on here. Just the normal daily chores and then I'm hoping to squeeze a walk in. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!

Enjoy the sunshine and have a great day Made!

It warmed up yesterday so I went outside to trim a bunch of limbs off some trees. I am a bit sore today but a good sore! I feel like I got a good workout! I was also working on my very small veggie garden. I might go out and do some more yard work today. I never mind trimming tree limbs and bushes but not too fond of mowing the yard. Snow-in-Texas usually does that. I sometimes will do it before the weekend arrives to give him a break on the weekends so we can have fun!!! =)

Good afternoon CAH, I hope you are enjoying your day!!!

Good Wednesday morning, my Christmas friends!

The rain finally cleared out yesterday evening, then the wind got up and brought the cold weather. It was 40° here this morning, and that's about 15° cooler than usual for this time of year. Brrrr! But it's supposed to be sunny and 80° all weekend, so I'm looking forward to that.

Nancy and I are going into Savannah tomorrow for a routine doctor visit, and to look at a new couch. I hate buying furniture.

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

I hope you have a great day as well!!!

Happy Wednesday trackrebel!

Did yall know that Opryland Hotel starts putting up Christmas lights in July. Takes them that long to put up 2,000,000 lights.

That's just a few months!

So cool! That's a lot of lights! :rudolph:

We have been having sunny, breezy days (finally no rain in sight)! Most of the time is spent outdoors being the lookout and gofer for the guys. We almost have the trusses up, but it is sort of slow because those things are really heavy! We have passed all inspections so far with only a few more to go! Yeah, us!!!

I have two appointments tomorrow and Tuesday with my oncologist to get my Zometa IV infusion. Yuck! On the good side, we will be staying with friends and will go out to dinner with them.

Do you think the snow will stick, Snowflake? How is Harlowe?

Glad to hear everything is going well for you guys, Seawaters! Hope your appointments with the oncologist went well. Always thinking of you.

Thank you! Just got word that Jay is moving to the step down unit today! They are super happy about that, though they really like the care he is receiving in ICU! :) Hopefully he will have excellent care in step down too! It's all good!

Wonderful news Holiday, continued prayers!

I just scared everyone in the house but I just found out Paul McCartney will be in Dallas in June!!!! I screamed and everyone freaked out. They thought I was hurt. Ha ha!!! I have to go see him, AGAIN!

That's exciting CAH, I'm happy for you!

Hope Maggie continues to do better & Bentley continues to let you alone in the middle of the night! Lol

Have a great day HMG! Stay warm!

Thank you so much!
I hope you have a great day as well!!!

The time has come, off to live the dream!!!!

See you all tonight!

I hope you have a good day at work xmas!

Made, there is a special place in heaven for you for helping with 1300 eggs and for helping your sister with girl scouts. You are a great brother!

I agree with you and such a great friend!!!

Friday was Kandice´s first day of Easter Break.....two weeks off from school.....not sure yet what we are goin to do.....maybe driving to a zoo.....of course coloring the Easter Eggs....when she is in her handcrafting easter thing at our church...I will go to the stores and get the Easter Gifts and candy for the kids....Kandice will probably get some small outside toys.....crayons for the streets, maybe a badminton set or something like that

Hope Kandice is enjoying her time off!

All of our stuff is moved in... but there is still so much work to do. I'll post pictures eventually. We love the new place. So does everyone else! It's a great neighbourhood and a perfect apartment. As I said, it is not quite where we want it to be. Hopefully everything will be done this week!

Hope all is well with everyone here!

Glad to hear you're all moved in and you guys love you're new place!

I am entered in another cake competition. This one is actually not until November, but I am signed up now because the first 50 entries get a gift bag and a $50 gift certificate for the store. (and the gift bags are amazing!)

Theme this year is anything Tim Burton.
I can do what I want, it can be about his movies, his art or him. I can do one tier or many tiers or a sculpted cake. I am glad I have so much time to think about it and work on it. There is so much content about his work.

It is right around the time of the gingerbread house competition, so I will make sure to get most of this done early (will be a dummy cake anyway so I can make it well ahead of time)

Very exciting! Good luck to you, Star!

Well after 3 hours of helping my neighbor, I think I can finally get started on the things I set out to do this morning.

That was very nice of you, buddy! Always going above & beyond for people.

-BREAKING CIJ NEWS!!!!!

Well I thought CIJ would be the weekend of July 25th,26th, and 27th. It looks like I may be wrong though. Jim Shore just released his updated QVC Schedule and he lists a show at 6am July 19th then he's not back on until July 31st. So CIJ has to be the weekend of the 18th, 19th, and 20th or Jim Shore isn't going to be on during it. Which I find hard to believe.

So I'm going to call it and say mark your calendars for July 18th, 19th, and 20th!!!!!!

Thanks for the update! So very exciting!

Good afternoon, MMC!!

Hope you're all having an amazing day!!

xx

My Mom is having some trouble with her hip, she injured it playing tennis & again when she was thrown from her bike. And I guess the pain is pretty bad, she is in physical therapy and using a walker right now. Could you please keep her in your prayers?

Thanks!

<3

Hope she feels better soon. Keeping her in my prayers.

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

Well, The Music Man is finally behind us, and Elizabeth loved every minute of it! She looks so grown on that stage, oh my. I'm looking forward to a break from play practices, but auditions for the summer play, Oliver Twist is next week. How will I ever survive this?!? :-D And she want to tryout for a singing and speaking part this time.

It's been in the 80's all week, and I've been struggling to keep the pool clean and clear. The water is almost warm enough to swim. nice!

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

Good luck to Elizabeth in the next set of auditions!
